If you are making a return, be prepared for a massive hassle, and having a lot of your time wasted. I had to have four different personnel come examine a $ 10 sprayer just to get a refund. Definitely my last visit to Hone Depot.

And everyone I saw was incredibly friendly and fast. The store seemed very well stocked. Maybe things have improved recently?

Oh my god this place is horrible. I’m usually a Home Depot fan, but the folks who run this one are completely inept. Seems like they’re more interested in joking around with each other than do their jobs. Associates will actually try to dodge you. Augusta location is so much better.

Came by 3 times in 2 weeks wanting to buy EGO cordless blower with my $ 200 gift card my daughters gave me for my birthday. Store said will be in Wed, 6 on back ordered. Came in Friday after checking inventory on line, showing 1. Got to store, none available. Went to Customer Service asking to get refund on GC. They don’t refund GC. Customer Service called guy in dept for him to look for blower. He never looked, was busy in back unloading inventory. Asked to speak to Store Manager, but got a Lead instead. The lady said no refund on Gift Card. I asked why is it so hard to keep a popular in stock & not know when it will come in. She started to belittle me by saying«you do understand we don’t make these items. We just sell them. We have no control over the manufacturers.» I replied«no control even though Home Depot is the exclusive retailer for EGO products? A big chain like Home Depot has no influence over EGO?». She couldn’t find the item in stock, checked back order and told me maybe next Wednesday. I said that’s what they told me last week. She then checked on line & they were back ordered too with a date in late July. Then she told me that theirs should come in about same time. Earlier she also said that you order the stuff on line, why come to the store & give them a hard time right. I did check inventory on line before I came to buy the item, I’m a paying customer. They treated me like I was there to rob them. Never did she say she was sorry that they were out of stock & for my inconvenience. She had an attitude. I will never shop at Home Depot again, instead go to Lowes right across from them. They stink.

We as military service members did not have a great experience with home depot — 1st issue was that home depot advertises a military discount — i bought a big ticket item and i was told that the military discount does not apply for it??? Does not seem to be any rhyme or reason that the employee could say for this. We also had an issue with delivery of another group of items where they forgot one of the items. We called and they said they will provide«white glove» service to make up for it(supposedly deliver and set it up) — unfortunately the delivery company does not know white glove from a dirty glove — because we were told they only deliver between 10 and 2 M-F and they certainly don’t set anything up! We ended having to pick up the items, haul it home and set it up ourselves — white glove indeed!

Oh. My. Freaking. Lord. It’s hard enough maneuvering around a giant home improvement store without having to deal with incompetent staff. I came to Home Depot to rent a Rug Doctor and what should have been a quick in and out transaction took over 30 minutes. 30 minutes? Why? Because the woman behind the counter didn’t know how to work the computer and put my information in. She wouldn’t ask anyone for help and as the line behind me grew longer and longer, many employees would pass by and nothing would progress. I finally had to tell her I had to walk away so I could check in on my poor dog and her supervisor stepped in after coming in from break. As soon as the supervisor stepped in, my transaction took all of 3 minutes. The issue? The initial customer service clerk didn’t notice my ID wasn’t a Georgia ID and thus tried cramming in too many numbers and letters in a block meant for a Georgia ID slot. Now this is where I would pound my head against a brick wall but I’m sure there’s a long line for that too. 71⁄2014

Amazing customer service and willingness to help throughout this store. I had a problem with a portable ac unit one day and the store manager Brit couldn’t be more eager to assist in any way possible. He was very fair in compensating for my time, gas, and patience spent on replacing the unit. It’s also not so busy where you have to wait in line just to ask where something is. Highly recommend this store

We chose this Home Depot to purchase our Christmas tree this year and I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The man who prepared our tree was friendly and the associate inside was even better! In addition to purchasing a tree, we had to return a shop vaccume that just stopped working out of nowhere. We had just purchased it a couple minths ago and out of the blue it took a crap on us. We found a woman by the name of Beth who had been with the company for 15 years whom was a little resistant to help us being in the situation that we were in(probably to avoid scammers which we later proved we weren’t) but towards the end of the transaction was an absolute doll. I’m glad she was there because she holds a world of knowledge in that head of hers and she gave us some pretty useful product and warranty information. I love shopping at businesses where I encounter friendly employees.

They don’t have quite as wide of selection as I would have hoped for a new home. They met my basic needs though.
