Katrina and George helped us looking for an apartment to rent years ago. This year, they helped us find the home we hope our kids grow up in. They are by far one of the sweetest teams I’ve ever met but more than that they’re experienced, knowledgeable and ethical. Katrina not only did what most realtors do — show us around houses — she did more. She was always available as we were house hunting from 1200 miles away, she would coordinate her schedule around my trips to the Chicago area, and she always had insights on the neighborhoods, schools and other aspects of the community that you couldn’t find easily anywhere else. When we did find the home we wanted, she was there to make sure we got the fairest deal. And even when we thought closing would never come because of a difficult seller, she kept us going and kept the process moving coordinating our lawyer, our inspects and other contractors for us — again from 1200 miles away. She was like my personal AngiesList. I would recommend this team to absolutely anyone and when we someday sell, and if we ever buy again, I hope they’ll be there to do it with us.

George and Katrina are AWESOME! They helped me find my first home, second home, then rent out my second home and now closing on my third home (yeah…I move a lot). In the between, I worked with other realtors but ended up dumping them because the service and relationship I had with these 2 are amazing. They go above and beyond just looking for a home for you: they help connect you with audio guys, painters, contractors, etc as well as show up to let them in. They help you work out all the intricacies of renting/​buying a home. They also listen to what you want and take into consideration your personality/​lifestyle before making any types of recommendations. They are quick to call/​email/​text you back with questions and updates. They also help hound the lenders, builders, and contractors. They make the whole finding and moving process so much less stressful! I have referred many of my friends to them and they are all happy as well. Most importantly, they care about you and want to work to make you happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10 stars!
