I don’t know about their cleaning services, but make no mistake, they have absolutely no clue how to repair grout. We hired them to redo the grout in our bath. First, they used the wrong color, then they applied the new grout over paint that was in the grout seams, so it wasn’t going to stick. To top it all off, he damaged over 30 of the tiles (chips, cracks, etc.) so that now we will probably have to have the whole thing re-​tiled, which will cost a huge amount of money. We’ve called twice, and he hasn’t even bothered to call back to apologize or anything. Very unprofessional. Think twice before you call this outfit.
