Sally has no communication skills she lost my case with the unemployment office and previous employer Once she lost she wouldn’t respond to emails or calls. Her attempt at a demand letter was week. Her knowledge of the law was lacking. After several attempts I feel like I paid too much for the service provided. Her specialty is in writing letters however she claimed to write a letter to my Health spending account and the Labor board and both said they never received them
