Good discounts specially during thanksgiving and holidays. The staff is very helpful and patient. Good selection of denims and jackets. I dont prefer Levi’
as I always end up buying the wrong for. The B&M store is fab

I have had a great experience the two times I’ve been to this store. As long as you go in there with an idea of what you want, then the guys can help you find what you need.
Don’t go in there all wishy washy!

I had a very negative experience with the Levi Store in Evanston. The store refused to return my clothing in new and used condition, a practice out-​of-​line with its stated policy. Ultimately, I was issued a refund, but only after 30 minutes on the phone with 1−800-LEVI-USA.
Main Street shopping used to be better than this. Will order my next pair from

Just received unbelievably BAD Customer Service from Store Manager Gustavo in Evanston Levis Store
Was returning a PERFECT, UNWORN, UNLAUNDERED pair of 517s.
I had the tag – equally perfect, not even a dogear – except that it had become unstapled from the garment when our son tried the jeans on.
Gustavo said NO, to my amazement, and then went on to point out the tiny type at the bottom of the receipt, that the tags had to be ATTACHED.
This so called Manager just lost a regular customer, who has purchased Levi products for decades. Who just bought three pairs in one go. Now, Gustavo and his store get THIS bad review because he cannot staple a tag back on.
After he saw how upset he was making me, he patronizingly offered to give me a store credit. No thanks, Gustavo. I’d rather eat the price of these jeans than give your store one (Levis) red cent

This is a great place to try on various lines/​sizes of Levi’s jeans before buying from cheaper online retailers.
I have no idea how this store continues to operate when the vast majority of its (college-​aged) consumers do nothing but this.

I got really nice quality jeans here for a decent price!
This was my first time shopping at Levi’s and I am blown away by the customer service and the quality! I decided to shop here because I heard that Levi’s has jeans for many different body types and the staff will help you find a pair that is perfect for you. I have always had a hard time finding jeans that fit me properly. I have short legs, a wide waist, and medium-​sized thighs. I explained my concern to the staff, and he patiently handed me pair after pair to try on. Finally, I found the pair that fit me perfectly! The pair was available in three washes and they were on sale and there was an additional 30% discount! I had finally found the perfect pair so I bought two. I couldn’t have done it without the friendly, helpful staff at this cool store! They spent considerable time helping me. The jeans feel durable and thick. If you have trouble finding jeans that fit you well, I highly recommend this store! I will definitely visit again when I am looking for new pants :)

The selection here seemed to be the same at any other Levi’s store, but I found the store to be overstaffed and the salespeople overly intrusive. Every time I glanced at a pair of jeans, I had a salesperson asking me if I wanted help finding it in a particular size or opening a fitting room.
I ended up buying at the store in Wicker Park instead.

Let’s be serious who wants to pay $ 200 for a pair of jeans. Hmm… almost a month of groceries or jeans, tough decisions we make as a broke recent grad. I think Levi’s is that alternative where you can try without trying too hard and this store allows you to do that perfectly with no need for begging or street performing to support your fashion statement. The workers while friendly and willing to help, didn’t seem to know all their styles or the placement of products but I’d chalk that up to probably being a undergrad at Northwestern (thinking about world shattering topics and not jeans I’m sure) and not indifference or stupidity. I admire the prices, styles, cuts and colors of jeans that the store offers but personally I think the company should stick to do what they do best… jeans. However, there were some solid belts and accessories but go for the denim if you go for anything. The store is located in Evanston on Church Street in a decent size whose layout somehow seems more stocked then is possible or should be. My final word is if you can’t find a pair of jeans in here you’re probably just lazy or way too chic… and then I just fart in your general direction.

The Levi’s store is great; it opened not so long ago and I’ve already bought a ton of pants there. You are going to get a great selection on styles and sizes plus an interesting selection of accessories like belts, wallets, and shirts (the ultimate pant accessory). There are also cool things to drool over like 501 original pattern shrink to fits with the leather label for like 300 million dollars or something. The staff has been really great to me and made the whole trying different sizes on thing really comfortable. This place is definitely worth the trip to Evanston.
