Boris came to install my nest thermostat. He came the same day I called and was very friendly and knew what he was doing. And he was very professional and courteous. If there was any problem he said he would even come back. Highly recommended!

In 2004, Next Step installed my zoned heating and AC during a full-​scale rehab on my home…2 furnaces and 2 AC’s. The systems have worked great and in the time since installation, have only had to call them a couple of times to do minor repairs. Each time, they responded quickly (and even on a Sunday!) and had the problem repaired same day or next day, depending on part availability. Their rates are reasonable and they take time to explain how the systems work. Glad to know I can count on them for HVAC !!!
