I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they answered the phone and the representative was OK. But I never even scheduled an appointment. After 23 minutes I gave up. I kept being put on hold so she could call the facility. Apparently, you cannot call them directly but have to go through Northshore scheduling. I set up an appointment with a local ATI in 3 minutes. I don’t much like ATI but it is close and without all the nonsense of Northshore.

It’s clean, I can say that for them. I spent well over an hour on the phone with them, and then with my insurance(at their urging) to make 100% certain my treatment was covered and that they had all my info. They are VERY thorough with the money, there, that’s another thing I can give ‘em. They also called and left a detailed message to make sure I didn’t miss my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early for the inevitable paperwork, was asked for documentation and given a clipboard with, you guessed it, more forms. After sitting down and getting started, the receptionist finally decided to tell me that my scheduled therapist had called in sick, that they had called me at 8:30am, and I could see another one in half an hour for a half appointment(evaluation only, no treatment). Sigh, OK, fine. Turns out they called my husband to cancel, not me(odd, because they got the right number for the reminder call). Five minutes after my shortened half-hour appointment was supposed to start, I finally bail… the meter would run out if I started and I would have had to cut a shortened visit even shorter. I am not happy with the disregard of my limited time and energy(I wouldn’t even be looking for therapy if I wasn’t already in pain and exhausted). I’ll be looking for another provider and urge caution to anyone else who decides to try these guys.
