There are few doctors in Evanston with as much education in Applied Kinesiology and Nutrition as Dr. Kurtz. From someone who has been coming to him for years, he is a master! I came with low back pain that would refer up my left side. Within two visits, my chronic pain disappeared and the nutritional information was spot on, I feel like I did in high school!
If you are in need of a real doctor that cares about his patients, go and see him now. I only wish that I could refer more people to him, can’t tell you how many doctors I tried out before finding Dr. Jeff Kurtz, he is the best!
