The doctors, nurses, and staff at Reproductive Medicine Institute always treated us with respect, dignity, and kindness. As a couple, we always felt at home visiting the office. Dr. Rinehart has a very calming way about him and it made a big difference in a time that is full of fear and doubt. He had the perfect balance of kindness, honesty, bedside manner, and clinical expertise that won our trust almost immediately. Whenever we hit a road block he was eager to make changes and try the next thing, so as not to waste time and money. I really appreciated his sensitive candor with us when all signs were pointing towards IVF. I became pregnant with twins after our first fresh cycle and they are about to turn 3 years old. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Rinehart, nurse Tracy, and all the rest of the support staff for, at long last, helping us bring home our babies.

Going through IVF is a highly emotional experience and something my husband and I had hoped we would not need. However, the selection of an IVF specialist is as important as the treatment you receive. We spent nearly every week in this office for almost two years. The staff became more than friendly faces, they became friends. Dr. Rinehart is a gentle soul and his staff are amazing. My husband and I both have medical backgrounds so we did not need hand holding but we knew it was there if we wanted it. And to my surprise, I did, more than once. We ultimately did not become pregnant but our experience there was nonetheless positive. I returned to the center last week after almost a year and a half and it was like an emotional reunion with old friends. They remembered my name without even a hint of hesitation. I can only speak from my experience but I would highly recommend Dr Rinehart and his staff of angels.
