This group really is as good as it gets! I highly recommend them for any of your IT needs. The company is filled with warm friendly people ready to help in any way needed. Stratosphere saved our livelihoods (literally) when the private practice I was working for flooded. Stratosphere rerouted our phones to another floor of the hospital, recovered all of our data, and enabled us to log into the server remotely so we could continue with business as usual. We didn’t lose a single appointment or EMR! I wouldn’t have thought it was possible if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. You don’t realize how important it is to have a good team behind your data until a catastrophe happens! I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we have received from them!
