Awful! Awful! Awful! Never had such bad service, they even doesn’t wash your hair before cut! And hunt your ear by «accident», burn your skin by super heat hair dryer (don’t understands why they drying your dry hair?!)
No surprise, the hair-style is like oh my ladygaga! I have to wear hat in next few weeks! I really want to know who issue them the license?! And why they have confidence to charge $ 35 with the terrible work?
Will never never never get back, I hope I can give zero star! Btw, the lady who serviced me is the one with short red (or pink whatever) hair, I don’t know her name, hope she can get more professional if want to earn life in this field!

This hidden gem is perfect! The salon is clean, stylish, and beautiful. The ladies are very professional and friendly. Everyone said hello, the staff offered me refreshments, and plenty of magazines to read. Charrise (if I spelled it right) did an awesome job on my hair. My first time in this place was an overall great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ll give 5 stars for having a great experience on my first visit! Tamika LAID my relaxer! The shop is very inviting, professional and spacious. I was taken right in for my appt and was catered to the entire time. I will be returning!
PS it was my first visit from a referral and only got a relaxer and deep condition… I left with a wet wrap so I can’t speak on styling but there were other ladies that looked very nice. Parking is also easy!

My friends and I have been going to sandy for years and I am please 9 out of 10 times. Everyone is entitled to an off day. Not to mention I can be picky. I love the new shop. Very clean, bright and always good music playing in the background. I always see another stylist doing weaves and they always look super nice!!! My only complaint would have to be «staying on time» and that there are a few younger (immature) staff or other staff that rent chairs.

At first glance this place is great! Neat and clean, nicely decorated, and punctual. But, at the end of the day my haircut was botched. Now, to their credit, I have unrelaxed African American hair and I prefer to wear it natural. For some hairstylists hair that is very curly is a challenge to cut and style. This is why I specified my hair needs as I was scheduling. I figured this must have been the problem because I saw some satisfied customers leaving with relaxed hair and/or ironed straight styles.
Long story short. Somewhere along the way the cut went really bad. I wound up having to go to another stylist who had to cut even more off to get the dimensions right.
