DO NOT GO HERE — I have been the victim of 2 of the worst haircuts of my life.
Tonight my butchers name was Stephanie; a cold-​hearted, unemotional, ruthless killer of good hair and style. From the moment she sat me down I could see the callus in her eyes and while I sat there hoping for the best; alas, I got her worst. She mercilessly chopped and snipped her way into the #1 spot of my all time worst haircuts.
Not only did she leave me with a faux widows peak, as shown in the attached image, but when asked as to how this could have happened she merely replied with malice in her heart «It’ll grow back». To which I replied, «I will be back here, nevermore».

Haircut was actually really good. I gave specific instructions and they followed exactly what I wanted. I asked for an upper lip wax which left me with hair on my lip. The technician went over the entire lip in one strip, rather than two or more. So she did not follow the arch of the lip leaving me with lots of hair that I saw later when I got home. I suppose they aren’t exactly known for their waxing services though. But it would be nice to have it done properly.

I have been a customer for 17 years (used to be Borics back when). Samantha has been my stylist for about the last 5 years. She has such talent she could work in a trendy upscale salon but she said she likes her customers & is happy here-​lucky for me & her other regulars! Sam gets busy on weekends but is worth the wait (she never rushes which I appreciate as I wouldn’t want someone rushing my cut). I have also had good experience with Galina & Gladys who have worked here for years.

This place was really okay as BoRics before it was acquired by Supercuts. Since it became Supercuts it has been staffed by employees that don’t have any skills whatsoever. After my visit last week I will never come here again. Buyer beware.

If you come to this Supercuts, ask for Samantha. She’d the only capable person there. Otherwise, be warned — check pics to see what the «stylist» did to my 9 year old.

I normally don’t go to Supercuts, but I was in desperate need of a haircut and didn’t have time to make an appointment elsewhere so I decided to give it a try, I paid about $ 15, and got one of my favorite haircuts! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the stylist’s name, but I will be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for 5+ years now. I have had my hair cut by at least 4 or 5 of the stylists but it is Galina that keeps me coming back! She does a really good job on my hair! To be honest, I probably wouldn’t come back if she didn’t work there…

Save yourself the hassle and do not go here. I made the mistake of running in yesterday for a quick cut and the stylist (hate to even call her that) had no idea what she was doing. When asking how short I wanted, she actually cut it SHORT to show me. Um, yea — we’re still discussing here. Thankfully it was underneath so it doesn’t show but who does that? Also my hair looks totally unstyled — just a blunt cut because, obviously, she doesn’t know how to do any better. My husband could have done a better job! STAY AWAY!!! I wish I did.

I have seen Galina many times — she is very precise and takes her time, in a GOOD way.; Just saw Samantha — she is also excellent; I would recommend both of them!

Sam is excellent! I think she is also the Manager at this location.
Had to wait 30 mins, but it was worth. Will definitely go again.

I have seen a different stylist every time I’ve gone, and every single time I’ve gotten a terrific haircut that I really loved. I like to mess around with my color and try different things, and they have always taken the time to work with me and patiently let me find what I wanted. I love the service, and the price can’t be beat.

Thanks Glenda. I went to another loaion before and was NOT happy. I did try again here. I was not greeted at 1^st but the Glenda quickly noticed I was a client not just coming to sit in the waiting area. She was woman of few word (fine with me) she clean up my original style and I was on my way in 30 mins tops.

Received a very bad haircut from an incredibly unprofessional haircutter who lacked any integrity or pride in her work. Didn’t ask me how I wore my hair. I asked for short and professional and received a buzz cut that made me look like a tennis ball. no style at all. not even close.
After she had «finished» I pointed out several places where she’d missed spots. The manager then cut my hair for 5 more minutes and apologized.
Never offered a refund. Instead offered a coupon for a free haircut next time. I will not be returning.
My favorite exchange:
Me: «You didn’t ask me how I wore my hair.»
Cutter: «Well, we have a lot of regulars here and we already know how they wear their hair.»
Me: «Do you know how ridiculous that response is?»
I’ve had many great haircuts at places like supercuts, fantastic sams, great clips, etc. This place just employs a person who doesn’t care at all, is in the wrong profession, and has a manager that doesn’t oversee the work being produced by her employees.
Bottom Line: The haircut was $ 11. You get what you pay for with this place.

I needed a quick trim to take care of some split ends but the appointment at my regular salon familiar with my crazy curly layered hair wasn’t for another three weeks. I didn’t want to cheat on my stylist but I always have to book 30 plus days in advance. Sunday morning I find I’m contemplating taking a scissor to my hair myself. Not a good plan. Sunday afternoon I call to see if they’re open and if they cut women’s hair. They said they were and did and I was offered the option of walking in or having an appointment in 30 minutes. I took the appointment. I spent 25 minutes in the chair and received a decent trim for the low low price of $ 13.95. WOW. Beats the $ 60 plus 20% tip I pay at my normal salon and was just as good. Not sure how the other services are but I’ll definitely go back for a trim. It’s a plus that they’re open on Sunday’s from 10:00 am — 3:00 pm!

Two very decent cuts by two different people in a row and hardly any wait both times? Deal.
