I’d give a zero, but that option doesn’t exist. The tiles that we ordered from Tileworks never delivered — so after six month, we called our credit card company and cancelled the order. We did understand that we were buying high end tiles and that they would have to be ordered, but we were told 2 weeks to one month. After 2 – 3 months the owner kept telling us that he the tiles were stuck in customs and that’s all he knew. Maybe true, but any business owner should be able to track his customer’s order. After 5 months he stopped responding to our calls and emails.
Total jerk behavior and horrible customer service. Based on all of the negative comments here, I can’t wait for his response… a) that he has no record of our order b) that we’re some competitor trying to ruin his business, etc.
It’s interesting that he responds to EVERY negative Unilocal review, but stops responding to customers who are checking an order status.

I’m insulted and vindicated. I just read what this store owner wrote about my review. How awful. I guess the best defense is a good offense. Unilocal is a forum for consumers to make sure that they are getting good service and good deals. You offer neither.
To try to then attack my character and say that your consumer (me) who walked into your place of business was someone else’s employee? I was merely giving a review of your terrible service. If you don’t want that type of review, think about changing your type of service rendered. Just a thought.
You do realize you had an option to apologize and take ownership? To be an adult? To address my concerns, the concerns of potential readers/​customers, alleviate their concerns. The opportunity here was great. That’s the beauty of reviews.

It looks like all your reviews are all pretty much bad John! Maybe you should treat your customers better and not try to take advantage of them. The price gouging and timeframe alone would drive anyone away from your store. Good luck on trying to be a better person and business owner.

This guy is a joke, this whole order and place are a joke too. Zero null and waste of time. You place your order and you have to wait for ten years to receive it. Plus mister can’t answer the phone because of some Google phone number problems. Stay away for real is the advice I give you. I am going to file something for sure against them.

If I could give this store ZERO stores, I would be happy to do so. This guy is a thief. He takes orders and does not deliver and claims he has «no idea where the tile is». He needs to be SHUT DOWN. He will NOT refund your money no matter what he says. I have no doubt that every single review listed here is 100% truthful. Give it up, JOHN!

I did not actually go into this store because I was so turned off by the person I spoke with on the phone. I called and inquired as to wether or not they sold recycled tile. I think in this day and age many people are trying to be more green. He laughed at me and said he didn’t know if they did, and people usually are just looking to see if it is the right size or style. He was very rude. Umm ok well I will go elsewhere then. Thank you very much!

I don’t want to write a bad review but here it is. The cramped store, insufficient lighting, expensive merchandise and truly unlikeable owner all join together to negate some decent original tile creations. Y’know what — there are a thousand places to buy tile and the world simply doesn’t need this place
