Very nice place. I’ve been in some other pawn shops and let’s just say «this is a class place». Nice people to get a loan from. They treat you in a friendly, respectful way & I think they are fair. Good people, I think, to do business with.

I called over the phone to check the availability of a particular item, namely a surround sound receiver. After a brief hold, he told me that they did, in fact, have some in stock. To avoid travelling out there only to find nothing in my price range, I asked him to quote me a few prices. He promptly declined. Thinking that he must have misunderstood me, as my request was an extremely common and reasonable one, I asked him again for a rough price range. This time, he told me, «There’s no point in giving you a price over the phone. If you want to come in and see for yourself, you’re perfectly welcome to.» I have never been this appalled by customer service. It was clear that he would rather have me travel 3 miles to «see for myself» than walk a few feet himself to check some price tags. Despite my frustration, I thanked him for his time, only to find that he had hung up. I wish I could give less than one star.

i went in her on a whim, just checking out the antiquities i suppose. great selection of antique pendants and rings. some movies and electronics, but thats not my bag. not much to offer for the male persuasion though.
