WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Chicago

I hired Wow One Day painting in June to paint my house, they did come in a timely manner but did not do a color paint check on the house and started painting the wrong shade, this was corrected but with an additional charge. After they completed the house I noticed a blistering paint issue starting in an area in the back of the house after only a couple of weeks. I contacted Them in July and they said they would come over and take a look, they never came, I have left numerous phone messages without a return call. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and see what they can do.

Here is the Hard Honest Truth: Jeff from WOW painting was 15 minutes early for his appointment. Jeff was very respectful of my home (taking his shoes off, very quiet because I have a 4 month baby etc.) he went through my whole home and showed me what he will specifically repair. Jeff took the time to go over colors and options as well. After Jeff left my home I had 3 more appointments with other local painters; as I compared price and professionalism the clear choice was WOW painting. Jeff followed up with me a week later and promised to get the job done in 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday). This was important to us because of the baby and all. When Jeff’s crew came to paint I was greeted by Brian a very knowledgeable, approachable young man. They came in a professional manner– covered every inch of the floor, covered all my furniture and were extra careful with the baby room. I cannot stress how easy, friendly, and professional these fellas were. GOOD JOB WOW PAINTING. You get an A +. The house looks amazing and you guys deserve the best credit. Jeff is flexible with any requests.
