After taking my order and address, which is 5 miles away, call me 30 minutes later to tell me they cannot bring my food. Worst chinese delivery ever.

We loved this place when we lived in the nearby neighborhood and still do even though we now live out of town.
The Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice, and Sweet And Sour Chicken are so good that we consider them gourmet quality.
We enjoy this style of Chinese so much that we decided to make sure and treat ourselves to a visit at least once a month.

Good food. Nice staff (Delivery). Before you order delivery make sure it’s a minimum order of $ 15. Food was fresh and hot upon delivery. I ordered Crab Rangoon, Fried Dumplings and Sweet and Sour Chicken. No complaints other than the sauces had a heavy vinegar taste.

China Garden is one of the only Chinese take-out places located in central Evansville. When I went there, I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken dinner combination, which was moderately priced and came with pork fried rice and an egg roll for around $ 7.50. The meat was dark, but fairly tender, and coated with a sweet sauce. The pork fried rice was yellow as opposed to brown, and appeared to have fresh vegetables in it. The egg roll was nice and crisp, not mushy.
All together, I was satisfied with my meal. China Garden isn’t a place to go for a date or a dinner with friends, but it is a good spot for to stop at for a bite to eat on the way home.
