I love coldstone! Quality of ice cream and treats are excellent! One particular visit one of the coldstone crew members went out of her way to make my brownie sundae absolutely phenomenal! Service has been friendly every visit! Cost is a little spendy but worth it!

I frequented a Coldstone in high school. This one was a huge downgrade from the other location. The store is poorly laid out so that you don’t really know where the line starts and ends. The staff lacked the enthusiasm of other franchises as well. I understand not wanting to sing, but friendliness would go a long way. Lastly, my cup of raspberry sorbet was sickly sweet and not the smooth consistency of most sorbet– it didn’t seem frozen enough.
