The ladies who work here are great. It’s the management and policies that are awful. I needed to cancel an appointment last minute due to a family emergency. At first I called and pushed the appt back a few hours and then as the time got closer I realized I wasnt going to be able to make it. When I explained my reason the girl said «I’ll have to charge you for the appt. we require 24 hrs notice.» (They take your cc info when you make an appt and keep it on file for this reason, which I also don’t like.) I said «I’ve spend hundreds of dollars here over the last two years… Do you really need to charge me? This is a family emergency!» She went to get the manager who very curtly told me the best she could do was reschedule my appt if they didn’t charge me for today. I told her I didn’t know when I could schedule it because, again, I have a FAMILY EMERGENCY on my hands. My voice was calm and polite but I repeated to her that I’m a long time customer. Can you cut me some slack here? Apparently not. She became rude and started talking over me telling me it was their policy, I don’t have to start an argument, etc. I was incredulous! I was not starting an argument — just asking for some understanding and God forbid, some compassion! I politely told her that she would loose a long time customer but to go ahead and charge me because I will never be back. SMH… incredible.
I had heard over the last year that the turnover there is very high and after dealing with this manager, I can see why.
There’s too much competition out there. Go someplace else!

I called up and complained and the manager was polite and willing to treat me to any service I wanted. I turned down her offer but still appreciated that they were willing to rectify the situation.

I have used the same hairdresser for years and was ready for a change. I made an appointment with Tiffany. I went in with straightened shoulder length hair and told her I didn’t want it too short but she was free to do anything else. I could not have been more pleased. I have had so many compliments on my hair. I would recommend Tiffany to any one looking for a change.

Came in for a basic back massage. Great atmosphere, great staff. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 24 hours or you get charged anyway, just FYI.

My first visit to this salon was for an hour long massage. My therapist was Ben C. and my massage was excellent. I’ve had many different massages at several places/​cities and this was one of the best. He did exactly what I needed. I will return for another soon. Highly recommend!
