Was in town on business and forgot a needed art supply. They had exactly what I needed and was easy to find. Cashier was extremely friendly. Love their weekly 40% off coupon in their app.

It’s a great craft store but it’s hard to navigate. There are no aisle signs or anything to tell you where the scrapbooks are for example, or the fabrics. You just have to guess or ask an employee.

It has a very similar feel to a Marshalls where everything is marked 50% off and came from a sweat shop.
My favorite part of it all is that they do custom framing and matte cut out and placement same day, often while you wait. I went over to Michael’s to see if they could help me out and they gave me a time frame of two weeks just for matte. Went over to Hobby Lobby and it took them only 20 minutes for 4 photos and 37 dollars.
Was on a strict project line and for this made me love it.
