I went to this location about 2 years ago and had an awful experience: I wasn’t very hungry, I just needed a quick snack so I ordered 2 chicken littles. Those are the small chicken strip sandwiches. The lady at the cash register took my order and wasn’t very friendly but she wasn’t exactly rude either. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes for 2 chicken littles! 25 minutes! I don’t know why I waited that long, I was just craving some chicken littles. The food itself was good, but it should be after waiting that long. The staff seemed completely lost and confused. Since then the store has received a nice renovation and I’ll admit it looks pretty nice, especially for as ugly as businesses on Green River Road look. I was hoping that the new look meant better service. I was wrong: I went through the drive-thru and was asked, «What do you want?» How nice. I just ordered wedges and popcorn chicken. They didn’t have popcorn chicken and I was told that it would be 6 minutes. That was fine with me, I understand that restaurants don’t always have every item on the menu ready to go. So I was asked to pull around. 14 minutes later I was brought my popcorn chicken and cold wedges with rude service… the bag of food was practically thrown into my truck. This store needs an employee renovation to match it’s building renovation. The Colonel is weeping… and so am I.

its soooo hard to get good customer service now a days! that being said, I was on the receiving end of some phenomenal service today @kfc! thank you Megan in drive thru for restoring my faith in humanity! whatever you’re paying her its not enough! I will be back!

There is couple things I really like at KFC including Pot pies, They never have them made. Takes 22 minutes. I go about 6 pm on week night and I am 0 for 4. This place never has regular crispy chicken in stock either. Not rocket science. I would love to be able to walk in and buy food and even wait 3 – 4 minutes. Crazy

Newly remodeled store and much improved service. Went on a Sunday evening expecting to have to wait a long time for our order. Staff was very friendly and made sure they had enough chicken for our order first before saying they could switch out pieces. We were in and out with our complete and correct order in less than 5 minutes. In the past we have waited more than 20 minutes for a similar order. Much improved! Good job!

Upon pulling up to the drive thru I waited two minutes before being asked«what do you want?» I said my order and he recited it back to me correctly. I received my order and, like an idiot, didn’t check the bag. I got god awful potato wedges instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy that was the key reason I went here rather than Chick Fil A. Fantastic. And who the hell only has unsweetened tea?!?

These people are so rude. My husband wanted some hot wings so I called ahead since they always take 10 – 15 to cook. The first time I called, I was hung up on. It rang several times and the phone was picked up and promptly hung up. The second call a woman answered and told me to hold. Once again, she hung up on me. The third time I called, she answered with«Go ahead!» she knew it was the person she had just hung up on for the 2nd time. When I got there, she was an older lady, named Bonita, who obviously hates her job. I was STILL asked to pull around to wait. Wow.
