Stopped for dinner before an event downtown. Sat at the drive thru for far too long before someone asked us to wait to take our order. Our food was just bad. We ordered a chicken salad on a croissant and it was bland, which is the best I can say for it. Also ordered a grilled cheeae that was thin and not worth what we paid. My kid can make something better than that. Then I ordered a fruit cup and paid $ 3.50 for room temperature garbage — a roughly chopped banana, oranges out of a can and they claimed it was strawberries but it was the strawbeery topping they use for sundaes. Not impressed at all, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who was hungry, and won’t be back unless I have amnesia and cannot remember this experience!

Nice lunch spot that offers good soups and sandwiches. The wraps are very good and I especially like the Australian veggie roll. We usually grab a cookie, cupcake or ice cream sandwich to take back to work with us. The drive-thru line winds through the small parking lot and beside the door. So use caution and look when exiting the restaurant.

Great place for lunch in Downtown Evansville. They have a daily soup special(my favorite is Weds., which is Broccoli Cheese soup), and I think they have Chili every day of the week. Try a grilled cheese and soup, really good! The parmesan toast that comes with the soup is my favorite. The Australian Veggie roll or wrap is a healthy vegetarian choice, and the dressing that comes on it is very light and slightly sweet. The pizza wrap is a grilled wrap filled with pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce, but they can make it with just cheese and sauce. As far as their ice cream goes, my favorite is still the Vanilla Bean. There is a drive-thru on the side of the building if you’re feeling lazy(like I usually am), or you can eat inside the neat old building.
