Logan’s Roadhouse

Order carry out and the forgot one side, butter for the rolls and my loaded bake potato on had cheese & bacon bits in the same container. (I hate bacon bits and forgot to tell them.) no sour cream or butter! Talk about not being happy. In my opinion service has slipped.

So far, they’re the best chain steakhouse I’ve been to (Better than Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn). Outstanding steaks and vegetables at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for an affordable steakhouse.

Our steaks were perfect and worth the wait. The hand shaken lemonades served in a mason jar are fantastic. We will be back.

We stopped in for a «night before father’s day» dinner. the service was fantastic… but the food was a 2. maybe even a 1−½. my wife ordered a filet med well… and i ordered a 22 oz porterhouse. also med well. (what they brought was actually a t-​bone) twenty minutes later. the steaks arrived. my wife’s was all but burnt and my porterhouse was burnt on the edges and just plain RAW besides. i mean bloody raw. rolls had raw dough in the middle. rice pilaf had the taste and appearance of something that was three days old. the only saving grace was… dinner was on the house. the service was good. our server was AWSEOME and did her very best with what she had. overall… they made a nice recovery and would still recommend them… everyone has an off day. i did eat some leftovers from the fridge bc i was still hungry when we got home though.

I like to try different things other than a burger or a steak dinner so I opted for the country fried steak dinner with mashed potatoes and white gravy. While I’ve tried many country fried steak dinners at many restarants this was by far the best. The only down side was that it was not warm. I could tell that it had been sitting waiting on our other food. My mashed potatoes were piping hot but the steak was not. The kids meals were well liked! My oldest got a salad an had to get a take home box. My wife ate an enjoyed most of her chicken dish. Service was great! All in all I’d come back again but I’d probably order steak or a burger. Maybe even the ribs.

The food was great! I had the Mesquite Woodgrill Chicken, Potato Soup, and a order of fries. They were all really good. The service on the other hand was not the best. Out waitress was slow and I waited 20 minutes for a refill. Overall, I will go back for the great food but I sure hope I have a different waitress.

I love the staff here. Everyone is friendly at least in the bar area. Good food and drinks.

I recently made a stop in my hometown for a few days and a few friends and I went here for dinner. The peanut shells on the floor is pretty common at any steak place and wasn’t as bad as it used to be at Lone Star way back in the 90s when I’d go there with my parents. I’ve since given up meat, but the people I went out with suggested this place. I’d been there when they first opened, right before I moved to Arizona, and I knew they had some of the best rolls around.
So, being that I’m a vegetarian (and a bread loving one at that), I filled up on rolls, broccoli and macaroni and cheese. There was an issue with the plates they brought us for rolls, but the server promptly removed them and brought out clean ones with a fresh basket of rolls for the six of us. My boyfriend ordered the salad and said it was pretty good. My two married friends got a «two dinners for one price» type of deal and both ordered chicken breasts. My friend’s husband mentioned that he absolutely hates the pineapple it comes with and to please make sure they leave it off because he’d had problems with it in the past. My sister ordered the brownie sundae (which wound up taking three of us to finish).
Everything was brought out quickly and the order was entirely correct. The water glasses never needed to be refilled for long because the waiter was really good at staying on top of everything. This place was just as good as I remembered from when I was 14 when they first opened. Give it a try.

Well, what can I say?
I was home for a visit and my sister decided she wanted to eat lunch at this «restaurant» because they «have good salads.»
I don’t know how the salad was, but this place was just weird. First, let me start off by saying that I don’t want to eat in a place where people throw peanut shells on the floor. That’s right — ON THE FLOOR! Um, it looks dirty, and frankly made me lose my appetite. I ordered a plate of 3 mini burgers called «sliders.» The buns they were served on were obviously freshly baked and tasted great. The burgers themselves, however, were so dry I almost choked. Let us say that this is not a place I will return to.
Plus one star for the hot, Midwestern waiters.
