On Friday nights, this place becomes the island of misfit toys on Franklin Street. All the xanned out bros in Affliction tees and vacant ring rats end up here at their most drunk state and it is a mess of sweaty, stinky hell and bad drink prices.

The Ms. and I were riding the motorbike from Cave in Rock, IL toward home in IL and purposefully rode through Evansville for our second trip to Pistons. Our first visit for food was really nice and we wanted to see if it was a fluke or for real. For real! We ordered a ½ price pizza, two salads, and picked tap beers from the wide selection. Everything exceeded our expectations. The bar and kitchen staff were outstanding. We will be back. Dante was great! It was Sunday, so the crowd was light up and down Franklin, but that was OK. I’m not a big fan of the TV’s but I’m old enough to remember the motor fuel decorations before they were antiques.

Had a bachelorette party this last Saturday and out of all the bars we went too (we had a party bus so we went to several) Pistons welcomed us like a bar should. We all love the new addition and all the great beer on tap, they have around 50 beers on tap with an amazing craft selection. Pistons is a bar you can go to any time of day and have a fantastic time.
