Pizza Hut

We have ordered pizza from this location a couple times and the pizza just never made it to our house. I tried calling them and i keep getting directed to their national system. When this stores drive times get too long, you can’t contact the store directly. Therefore, who knows what’s going on with an order.
So I had to drive across town to ask where the hell my pizza was. They told me they were out of large pizzas. Maybe they should have called and informed us of that.
The manager at first told me they couldn’t give me my delivery charge back. They were completely rude and offered no apologies. Then blamed me for not calling them. (See above phone problem)
I finally got heated and they offered a 20% discount as if driving across town and eating 3 hours late was worth that puny discount.
My advice: get a new phone system, fire your manager, and work on your failing system.

This pizza hut and good food nothing spectacular but its good,… but the manager is awful rude I have ordered from there more than 10 times and the manager is awful on the phone when I am ordering the only thing that makes it ok is the nice delivery person and th alst time I ordered the person wasnt rude but wasnt the normal happy smiley person so yea the manager’s attitude stay in my mind and I am jsut saying he wont let u get thing that are online and on sale unless u order it online and then when u do order it online he change and cancels out the sale and that is not right… just saying avoid this pizza hut like the plague
