This place is a joke. They claim their data is disputed less than one sixteenth of one percent. Well in my case they were wrong. I have a very common name. They ran my name and claimed I had 3 traffic tickets that were not mine. I called them to dispute their data and was told they were going to research the tickets to make sure. The names didn’t match as the person with the ticket has a middle name and the DOB didn’t match. I told them that I was willing to go to what ever courthouse or the DMV to clear my name. They said no we’ll take care of it. But ONE month later and still no response. I call once a week and the person in charge of my file doesn’t even want to talk to me. She tells the secretary to tell me they she still is working on the case. The secretary is very rude. I’m trying to start working that’s it. They hope that you don’t dispute their data because they don’t want their «reputation» as having less than one percent disputed to be ruined.
