Drier broke just before New Year’s and Tim was quick to get us on the schedule. Listened over the phone to the problem and the sound the dryer was making, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the motor before even setting foot in the house. Sure enough, the motor was the issue. he replaced it, recommended a few other small repairs in the future and discussed how to manage them ourselves or offered to come back and do it. Cost was very reasonable, service was great. Highly recommend.
