This three story facility has large fans/​air conditioners that are not functioning on the third floor. At any time of day or night when the weather is warm, it is so hot that it made me physically ill. They have cameras in a lot of places, but if I had fainted, I am not sure when anyone would have found me! When I asked about the status of the «climate control» I was told that that is just the way it is and «wow» when I was upset that twice the staff had thought my concerns to be funny. I would never recommend this storage facility to anyone, just based on customer service and professionalism. The locks they provide are very difficult to unliock, also.
