Bob enjoyes making you think he CARES ABOUT YOU ! customer service from his staff stinks , from not appling student discounts to adding and subtracting vehicles or even returning calls. Only if it involves increasing the premium or another policy will you ever hear from him, filp side Allstate has been a good company to be with and our previous agent was much better.

Always had great service and friendly advice from the office of Bob Smith. I have worked with Bob, Sue, and others over the years and they have always been friendly and helpful. On several occasions they were perfectly willing to give me advice for option that cost less, so I don’t just feel like it’s a constant sales pitch. I don’t have any more love for the insurance industry than anyone else, but at least Bob and his crew make it a little less painful. :)
