he was stealing alcohol refused to pay the bands .food poisoning… he has a huge page of legal problems over 95 complaints and many other things… he stole a pizza oven that got reposed

Ashton’s was condemned by the Everett PD Code Enforcement division and subsequently is CLOSED. It’s pretty sad whenever a live music venue bites the dust. Since code enforcement typically implies fault with the property it’s hard to say whether the problem will be corrected and they’ll re-​open, perhaps under different ownership. I’m not holding my breath. For the foreseeable future it looks like Ashton’s will be yet another vacant storefront blighting the cityscape.
