Big thank you to Will @ Samsung for working wonders on my phone. I received excellent customer service and knowledge from Will this evening.

new iron maiden out today… just called ahead to see if they possibly had the vinyl in stock. ummm iron who… um let me check. no we didn’t get the delivery. I’m still wondering if she actually checked since it says online that they are in fact in stock. I’m not going to waste my time driving there… no wonder places like this are going out of business.

The two girls working the mobile station tonight were great. They were fast and efficient with helping me update my phone. Very knowledgable as well, next time I’m skipping going to Verizon and just going to best buy. Had a deal on buying the iPhone6 due to a price listed online– so it’s worth a try looking on their website first before heading in. Their internet seemed to be slow which prevented them to update a new plan, but told us that we can easily go online as well. I would definitely recommend this local best buy to others.

Employees are nice, but not very helpful. Asked where something was located and he pointed in a the complete wrong direction.

Although I had a few troubles with purchases and installments to my car, this best buy is great with customer service. The employees are nice and welcoming and they help you find what you need to find. The thing I absolutely dislike is every time you call to speak to someone before you can even say anything they immediately pick up and say best buy please hold and you stay on hold for a long time. I really enjoyed shopping in the cell phone department a woman named Maria was really helpful. She knew anything and everything, she always has a great smile and is excellent with customers. The manager Mike is always a terrific manager. Whenever I have troubles I go to him and he is always there to assist. Great staff and clean store. Other than the phone incidents about holding, this store is one of my favorite Best Buys around.

Bought my first washer and dryer there a few weeks ago and unfortunately I didn’t notice the dryer but I was ordering was electric and I needed gas. The delivery was on time and the drivers were very courteous and offered good advice about how to handle the mix up. After waiting for 24 hours I went to the store to change the order which was complicated because I used the Bestbuy special financing card to pay for my purchase and simply changing my order for the gas version of the dryer was not possible. The customer service person who helped me out, Luis, was excellent and he worked out everything quickly and to my satisfaction.

I didn’t shop at Best Buy for a very long time. I decided to give them a 2^nd chance. My visit to this store made me regret giving them a 2^nd chance. The cashier needs to be retrained on customer service. This negative experience was over a $ 2.00 difference on a price match. They give me a hard time over a $ 2.00 difference in price compare to
. To make things worst their General Manager was very rude and unhelpful. Base on this visit I would rather shop on
then deal with rude cashier and rude General Manager. Like they say it all starts from the top. To me they have the wrong leadership in this store.

Some of the employees here aren’t very helpful. I came in today looking for a USB extension chord and the girl in computers said with certainty that they didn’t have them. I decided to see if they had any USB hubs that may suit my purpose and I found the USB extention chord I was looking for. It was $ 20 which is ridiculous but what are you going to do? It was a mistake but it irritated me that she said with so much certainty that they didn’t carry them. Good thing I’m not a very trusting person!

I’m only giving 2 stars because the greater at the front door was very polite when I arrived, I came in excited to see the new Samsung Gear S and the Samsung rep named Josh, was not only rude but somewhat condescending, immediately killed all excitement I had and on top of it all, fed me WRONG information. He said and I quote «the Gear S hasn’t been released yet, it’s only available in Europe, they have an earlier release date then the US». What !!! buddy where have you been? Oh and may I add that was after about 15 minutes of me browsing the little samsung booth and I approached him at the counter, because God knows he was too busy talking to a best buy girl about walking dead or some shit, and when I told him I had just seen it at the galleria mall in Cambridge he goes «Uhm Okay» rolling his eyes at me. Thanks Josh, you’re definitely a poor customer service representative !

I tried calling the store on a Friday morning and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through. I left the phone on the speaker at my desk in the office, went to the bank, got into a long line of about 6 people, came back to the office and I was still on HOLD!!!
I only had a simple question about a payment and I can’t believe I had to go through all this trouble.
30 minutes is LIGHT WAIT if you ever want to talk to an associate there. When it reached 40 minutes waiting the call got cut off leaving me without any chance to talk to anyone. I wonder if it’s true that they have people answering the phones there!

I bought ipad mini retina last week and the price dropped this week so I went back to get the money back. After about 10 – 15 mins of waiting the manager «Tony» told me they can’t give the money back as I had already used the student discount on it. I told him I would use my student discount on the dropped price but he wasn’t helpful at all. I went to Best Buy @ Saugus Square One Mall and got my money back. I buy tons of electronic stuffs but I would never ever go to this Everett Best buy again!!! The worst customer service ever!

Né Halle über zwei Stockwerke mit lieblos angebotener Elektronik. Personal steht paralysiert daneben und wundert sich wahrscheinlich, was trotz der Darbietung alles gekauft wird. Viele Regale sind einfach leer (Hallo Ostblock!!) und niemand schert sich darum. Ist ja auch alles total egal. Ich musste nach zehn Minuten meine Depressionen bekämpfen und wollte nur noch eins — raus!

Two stars because the employees there were generally helpful. Several asked me if I needed help but the one I actually spoke with needed some help to guide him into what I was looking for. Once I got to the area I looked at the products and compared them myself.
However, this place is DIRTY! It’s appalling how dirty they let this store get. You wouldn’t think an electronics store would have a hard time vacuuming and picking up trash once in a blue moon.

This is still the worst run Best Buy around. Reluctantly I ordered for store pickup following previously bad in-​store experiences. But I thought: I know what I want. An external batterie for a smart phone. I order online and just can pick up the order without dealing with the disillusioned staff at this location. Duh.
I received the email confirmation that my order is ready. Ten minutes later I walk into the store and headed straight to the in-​store pickup counter. Show ID and my credit card and was told to wait a moment. This turned out to become a «15−20 minute moment» until someone showed up with my item. On a quick look it seemed right and I walked off. When I got home I realized that the external battery is quite heavy so I didn’t unpack it and decided to return for an exchange the next day.
When I arrived in the store to return the item, the clerk tells me that what I got is not the item that I bought. The codes don’t match. At least now they were professional. They took the wrong item, gave me full credit and found a better choice for me. Now it only took 3 minutes and I was on my way. This has potential. If they were this effective on the first visit, they would get a much better rating and much more frequent visits.

Just bought a new TV, Blu ray and cable for it. Not a big electronics person but we were shopping for a new TV and found a very low priced samsung and it is high quality.
Raymond and Matt of Best Buy were so helpful and I got a great deal. Definitely recommend Best Buy! Be careful driving to and from as you will have to enter the Santilli area rotaries from hell. Other than that, this Best By is A OK in my book.

It’s not ALWAYS packed, that’s el-​oh-​el funny right there. The Cambridge store would hands down win that award in the Galleria. I tend to go after work, 8 PM or later and never have to brave a crowd, I’d like to keep it that way too. Plus, this parking lot is a nice size and I’ve never once seen it filled, even if I was there on a Sunday afternoon vs. a Tuesday at 9:00 at night. The entrance is a tad difficult to find for someone new to that shopping circle. If you know where Teddie’s peanut butter is located like I do, then you’ll never ever miss it. :)
The staff can be hit or miss. If they aren’t busy they can be rather eager to help you find what you are looking for, if there are a handful of customers in their department, fuggaboutit. All it takes once in awhile is a friendly, «I’ll be with you in a few moments sir». Customers care to be addressed like they are visible and I don’t think this is in the training program here.
I always liked BB better than Circuit City but they can’t turn into their long lost rival with poor customer service. The prices are still very competitive with those of online retailers and people like taking a test drive on potential new equipment in the stores. We don’t always know what we are doing or even what to ask for, so managers of this location or the countless others, take note.

Its always packed and no matter how long I walk around looking lost sales people will never approach me to see if I need help…
There are always 12,430 employees wandering all over but seem to be too busy to help…
The store is soo cramped with so much stuff all over the place (hard to maneuver the shopping cart)… Prices are decent & its my go to electronic store, Just wish I didnt have to!

Decent experience buying a new TV here. There was one helpful sales clerk and fortunately he was helping us. Unfortunately the rest of the gang had customers all backed up so we had to wait forever. Ah well.
Good prices and they’ll help you get big items into your car.

Don’t miss the entrance to the parking lot. You will probably want to kick yourself for having to endure two more lights because of this…
I have made some fairly large purchases here in the past. Today was pretty much the only day that I’ve had assistance from an employee that ended up being helpful and just what I needed to get what I want — also just what they needed to make the big sale. Win, win, winning!
Wii, Laptop, iPhone. All purchased at this store location. Why? Cause it’s spitting distance from my house, believe me, I don’t go there for the social interaction — of which there is none. Usually employees only talk to employees and we customers are left to our own devices, just milling about like cattle. Strange phenomenon. Most Best Buy stores have people creeping up behind you asking if you need help… (like the one in Watertown)
The guy who sold me my iphone was really nice, really helpful, and even told me some stuff to help me minimize the monthly damage of my cell phone bill. Kudos, dude. You actually do your job well — I CHOOSE YOU as employee of the month! Wish I could remember his name. Maybe it’s on my receipt.
I hope against hope that I will have as good a shopping experience next time I go, as I did today!

I brought my TV that hadn’t been fixed in Dorchester to this store. It was worse than when I had originally brought it to Best Buy.
The SUPER rude teenage Geek Squad member had just royally pissed off the two people in front of me, then continued to be rude to me and explain that they had to send my tv out again for ANOTHER service visit before they could replace it.
They finally let me speak with a manager who was super nice but really didn’t tell me anything different than oh we’ll send it out.
After three days out again (plus a weekend), they agreed they couldn’t fix it and would give us a new tv. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to that store before close and couldn’t go to any other store because of the open sales ticket… Wtf? You are all Best Buy, you should all kind of work together. I understand going to same store but I live near one and work near another. I wish they «put customer service first» like their taunting signs.
