Crane’s Cleaning Service

Worst decision ever to hire this Company. Ashley Crane mentioned about deep cleaning and I did confirm on what are all the aspects that will be cleaned and she gave a big list of items that shall be cleaned. I was impressed with the way she originally spoke and decided to hire them after she returned my phone call (I called out to them based on their AD on Craigslist). As promised the cleaning lady (Dianne who is in her late 50s) turned up at 1:10 PM and she said she would be done in under 2 hours. I took her around the 2 bed 1 bath apartment and gave her a run down of what all needs to be cleaned (including Refrigerator, Vacuum Carpets, Range, Broiler, Washer, Dryer, Bath Shelves and Drawers etc etc). I then headed out and around 3:30 my wife called out (because it was more than 2 hours and Dianne did not call back) to Dianne. Dianne said she is about to complete the job and then my pregnant wife drove over to check on her work. And to my wife’s utter dismay (and to mine later) and regret her cleaning was so pathetic that my wife took the cleaning items and started teaching her how to do a cleaning job.
Because my wife was not satisfied with her work, she said she is not going to pay the entire monies (US $ 120). This lady immediately called out to her bosses (supposedly Ashley). My wife’s cell phone got called out and an arrogant man (appears to be a boyfriend or a husband of Ashley) started threatening that if we don’t pay he will have to go to the court. And there was a heated argument between my wife and him.
In the meantime this lady, Dianne, started crying and kept saying that she never wanted such a situation. We could sympathize with her and then at long last we decided we will pay the money and so we did. This $ 120 is not a big deal had the work was done to our satisfaction. But we felt so bad that myself and my wife were regretting our decision throughout the night.
Never ever go to this company. There are umpteen number of professional agencies out there waiting for your business.

It was a big mistake to choose this company. It’s not actually a company. They have an ad on Craigslist, and it was some girl and her boyfriend and an SUV. The biggest problem is that they are seriously UNprofessional. The girl (who does the work with her boyfriend or husband) clearly and repeatedly quoted one price (250.00 for hauling and «deep cleaning»). Midway through she said «Sorry, it’s going to be more. I ended up paying 650 for some hauling, no cleaning. The girl said «I didn’t realize how big a job it would be.» I paid them, and said adiós. I could go on. This was simply an unprofessional outfit. YOU WILL SEE THIS THE MOMENT THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR. They are not bad people, but just have not put much thought into being professional. I hired someone else the next day, they looked around, offered a quote, worked like heck, and that was it. I was satisfied, they were satisfied. DON’T HIRE CRANES CLEANING. There are genuine serious professionals out there who will do a great job for much less.
