These are the WORST apartments. The staff are rude and bitchy. Every time we had to deal with them, they were always in a bad mood. Not to mention when my husband got orders to move & we gave our notice they charged us rent for when we weren’t there & didn’t give us back our deposit & immediately sent us to collections. Biggest mistake living there. I urge you to find somewhere else.

Mountlake Terrace, WA
Expect to be burgled. Expect to be mugged. Expect to be raped if you walk alone at night. Expect to see drug deals. Expect to receive an apartment that looks NOTHING like the photos. Expect to get none of your security deposit back, and to be charged additional cash even when you keep the place clean and tidy. Expect falling asleep to sounds of gunfire. Expect disrespect from the trashy staff, especially the blonde girl staffer who is normally in the office. She’s a real winner.
Don’t live here. There’s a reason it’s cheap.

My husband and I moved in 2 years ago and we still love it l. We are both college student with a child so the 2 bedroom prices are outstanding. We have had outstanding neighbors while living here and the staff has always been fantastic, I actually called today and revived outstanding service thus prompting me to write this. Overall very please and will defiantly will be staying here longer.

This place is worse nightmares. I’ve lived here for a year and recently we got burglary. We asked the office manager to review surveillance cameras to see if it can helps. Useless, those cameras and gated aren’t do any good. Can’t wait to move out of this place. By the way, 3 burglaries in less than a week!!!

This place take care of things. Had an issue with some unwanted from the neighborhood and they where on top if it and got it cleaned up. Very friendly staff. Maintenance busts their butts to keep the place clean. Most my neighbors are chill as hell. Overall good complex to live in.

Don’t be fool by the gated apartment. This place looks nice but not really safe and not good with customer service. Don’t be full by the manager at the office also. Nice things always have a bad result. So live somewhere else. Cheaper rent but no laundry available in your apartment. You’ll pay what you get. Don’t be fool by paying cheaper rent. Bad news and there’s always a catch. My family and I will not ever rent from this company ever again.
Go ahead and complain all you want about the apartment and the manager will not do anything about it. Please please please rent somewhere else and we were fool by it. They don’t deserve not even one star from me.

I guess you can’t really expect much when you live in this neighborhood.
I lived here for 1 ½ year because it was really cheap.
My car was broken into twice. and stolen once!
You would think this gated apartment with video surveillance will keep weirdos out. but my husband seen people jumped over the fence while being chased by the police.
Also when my car got stolen i went straight to the office to look at the recorded video surveillance since the camera was facing directly to my parking spot. Get this… camera wasnt working!!! What the heck? It has not been working for awhile they said. Seriously? And they did even tell the tenants about this?
They were useless!
Maybe cheap. but find someplace else to rent where they actually care about their tenants.

Mountlake Terrace, WA
Nothing special. Quiet little affordable community. Decent management. No washers and dryers in the units, and only one dumpster in the complex, but security patrolled after hours, video surveillance, gated after hours. Great for the price, usually awesome move-​in specials. Check it out if you are not too picky.
