Good flavor in the chicken tikka masala sauce. Would’ve preferred the chicken not be as over cooked as it was, and would’ve preferred there be more chicken in the meal as it was scarce, but I can’t deny it was tasty. :) The nan/naan was also very good. Also had the gulab jamun. Again, tasty but only two balls came in the order and that makes it a bit expensive… usually Indian restaurants provide at least 3(if not 4) balls in a gulab jamun order.

Their curry was good. The staffs were all very nice. Their garlic naan was super tasty. There are not many restaurants around when you finish the Boing tour. But I’m glad I found this place.

My mom and I come from Seattle. Best Indian food. Korma and butter chicken are our favorites. Great friendly family owned place that really cares about the quality of the food and the satisfaction of their customers. There are tons of Indian restaurants, but this one for sure sits at the top of our list. Wish there was one closer to us!

Tried this restaurant after seeing positive ratings. The waiter was busy chatting about his school and early life, what languages he knows while we waited for him to take order impatiently. Chats were cold… Ridiculous! Chats are supposed to be smoking hot. Pre cooked, frozen stuff. Taste and look was good but cold. veg Biriani and veg masala were nice and mild. Raita even the spoon in it was served cold. Lassi was good, pre done stuff. Sweet lassi with rose water was good. Need to improve and be courteous. Needed to ask for carry bag/cover three times for the to go stuff before I finally get one. Worth trying once. If u are not really hungry.

They have great food and I thought service was good too. The owners are nice people and truly care about the ingredients they use in their dishes. Pricing is very reasonable too. I love going here.

OMG! The best Indian food I have tasted yet in the United States. The food is of extremely good quality and the taste is mouth watering. We visited this place on a weekend and it was quite late for lunch but we did get a table. The host is very friendly and the service was incredible. We ordered the panner butter masala, panner korma and butter chicken. All of them were really good. The garlic naans were out of the world. They were really soft and well prepared. We also tasted the mango lassi and it was really good. I would definitely want to visit this place again and again. Loved the food!

I love coming to this restaurant, everything is so flavorful. The staff is friendly and I’ve always been warmly greeted when I walk in. My favorite by far is their goat curry, a family recipe that you must try. Their fish fry has just the right amount of spices, best enjoyed when it comes out hot and crispy. Their butter chicken is rich and creamy, taste great when paired with their naan. All of their naan taste great, it’s just a matter of preference. The potato naan tends to be softer than the rest since it has the additional filling.

Excellent Butter Chicken and really really good Chicken Jalfrezi. If you had to pick one entrée, I would get the Jalfrezi. Garlic naan was good too. Don’t go by the outside or parking lot of this restaurant. We were almost about to turn back but then decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Highly recommended for great tasting, excellent service and no flare restaurant.

I always go to Indian restaurants with the worst experiences/food. It’s probably been 2 years since I’ve had Indian and I decided to give this place a try since I recently changed my diet to meat-free. I ordered to-go just in case I didn’t like it. I told the guy over the phone that I wanted the most popular veggie dish with garlic naan. He ordered me the mutter paneer or something. I got SO hungry after the gym that I just tore into it once I picked it up. The man behind the counter was so nice and told me to pay after my meal. My first bite was extremely hot(not spicy) which is a very good sign with me and it was so f*cking goooooood. I ate the majority of it and saved some for my bf to try and he loved it too. The restaurant is really clean and actual indian people eat there. In my book that means the restaurant is legit af. Can’t wait to go there again.

The food here is excellent! Worth going out of your way for a meal. Small footprint, casual décor, simple menu, outstanding flavors. We stopped here for lunch on a weekday after a Unilocal search. Weekday lunch is cafeteria style choose your entrée/side. There was tandoori chicken, butter chicken, goat curry, dal tadka, Channa masala, and turnip masala. We ordered two lunch specials, and a side of garlic naan. The portions were generous and the flavors were bright and fresh. The naan was chewy and crispy, and also generous.

Little hole in the wall with the best Indian food in the Seattle area! Butter chicken is the best — decent portions too. The ambience isn’t great but we usually get it to go. They do sell beer though(Indian brands which are lagers).

I don’t rate too many businesses with 5 stars but so far I’ve loved everything I’ve had a Curries. Normally I’m not a butter chicken fan and go for Chicken Tikka Masala over Butter Chicken but this place makes the best butter chicken anywhere and I choose it over their Chicken Tikka Masala. My significant other and I share the 3 item lunch combo with a side of naan for about $ 12. The only negative to curries is the location in a 7 – 11 parking lot. Park down the street if necessary and walk it.

Best indian restaurant i have been to in the north end. Small and clean. They don’t have a huge menu, but sometimes it’s better that way. So, i don’t mind. The waitstaff was friendly and fast. Aloo tikki– $ 4 for 3 small rounds of stuffed potato! Good but not worth the price they are charging. Garlic naan– it was prefect! Light on top and crispy on the bottom and edges. Buttery garlic goodness. Butter chicken– consistency was a little thinner than what I’m use to. The chicken was a little hard. But had great flavor. Tandoori delight– assortment of tandoori entrees. It had Lamb boti kabab, chicken tikka kabab, tandoori chicken. The lamb was a little overcooked but had good flavor. The chicken tikka was good. Seasoned and cooked nicely. The tandoori chicken was the best out of all the meats. Seasoned and cooked well. Still moist and juicy. Mint chutney(green sauce) — the best i have ever had. A little on the spicy side. No complaints here! I’ll be back to try more items!

Really enjoyed this Indian buffet! They only have buffet on Sunday from 12−3pm(so we can try out their food) and it’s only $ 10 per person which is an awesome price! The food here was excellent. Everything was delicious and good quality, though I found the butter chicken a little hard. Not the greatest selection of food I’ve seen but for $ 10 who cares! Friendly service, they rotate their foods each week so I’ll be sure to try it out next weekend! Note the place is a little small and they don’t have drapes so you may be eating in the sunlight if it’s sunny outside.

Top class Indian food! I am by no way Indian food connoisseur, but I do get cravings for it every couple of months. Especially now, with the weather getting cooler, spicy and sweet flavors of this cuisine has grounding and warming qualities. The place is located in a little strip mall and its on a smaller side. The interior and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The lady who took our order seemed to be one of the owners. She was very sweet and welcoming. She didn’t mind us being not so experienced in this cuisine. It felt like getting food served by your momma or your auntie. We got two medium spiced curries: korma and tikka masala. They simply tasted so delicious and you could taste all the different ingredients that went into making it were really high quality. Even the chicken pieces coated heavily in my korma curry had such a great texture and I am sure they were delicious on their own, without the tasty sauce, which could otherwise mask the average protein. The garlic nan was yummy and a little chewy and basmati rice was feather light, but also had a little bite to it. Me and my friend made a little detour to get here on out way to catch a ferry to Whidbey Island. It was so much worth it! I can’t wait to come back here!

This review is for the dinner time: It’s worth traveling near or far for this little gem of an Indian restaurant. Curries is located on Casino Rd, down the street from Evergreen Way up in Everett. Deep & Binu opened up this amazing place about 2 years ago. Their Chef, Amarjit brings the best, authentic Indian cuisine to Everett. I think it’s funny that their website says they serve«.the best Indian cuisine in Everett.» It should actually read the«best Indian cuisine in the Pacific Northwest!!» The menu is filled with delicious and delectable dishes like Pakoras, Biryani and every kind of Curry available. Don’t forget to complement the dishes with a variety of Nans. Every bite will make you think you are in India instead of Everett, WA. Very kind staff like Rajdeep will always help you through the menu. Love, love this place!!! Can’t wait to work our way through the menu!

I have been craving Indian food for a LONG time, but we usually go to this place deep in Lynnwood and I didn’t feel like driving all that far. Curries has EXCELLENT Unilocal reviews, and although it’s on the infamous«Casino Road» I knew I had to try it. I was flying solo last night(hubby went out with his friends), and sure didn’t feel like cooking so this fit the bill! I wasn’t sure if this was an order-from-the-counter type of place or sit down — seems like it’s a bit of both. Anyways, I decided to dine in and relax. The lady who served me could not have been more pleasant. I mean seriously, she could teach a lot of people in the customer service industry! I decided to have a hot chai — I asked about iced, but she said that’s something you get from Starbucks and not something they have in India: p. At $ 1.50, it was surprisingly satisfying in a small coffee mug with just a hint of cardamom. She brought sugar on the side so I could sweeten it to my taste. I scoured the menu, and decided on Bhaigan Bartha, a roasted eggplant dish. The lady took my order, only to return and let me know they were out. I take that as a GOOD sign — must be very tasty! She even went into detail about how they make it in their kitchen!(Side note: I’ll have to return to try it, because it sounds to die for). Whenever I’m told the item I am ordering is out, I usually have a hard time deciding again(this really annoys my husband). So, I told her to just surprise me with an entrée off the vegetarian menu. IN addition, I asked if I could have naan instead of rice and she happily made the change. I had no idea what was coming to me, but I kind of like the adventurous aspect. Food came out quickly(about 10 – 15 minutes) and I was pleasantly surprised with a copper dish full of Aloo Gobi, a potato and cauliflower dish. All I can say is TRYTHEIRALOOGOBI. It was extremely satisfying for a vegetarian dish and the flavors were out of this world. I ate my naan like a pizza, topping it with the Aloo Gobi and it was so good! The naan was buttery and crisp on the outside, and tender and fluffy on the inside. Will I be back? You know it. My husband is leery of it being on Casino Road, but that shouldn’t deter anyone from coming here. It’s a hole in the wall of a restaurant, but impeccably clean and inviting, and seriously delicious homemade food. RUN, DON’T WALK, TOCURRIES!

I come here when visiting my family in everett and I get excited beforehand. Let me tell you why: 1. Perfectly flavored food. Everything is just the right amount of spices. 2. Perfect quantity of food. Rarely will you need to take food home. Although I understand that this may be a negative to average americans, but I think they serve the perfect proportions of dishes. I wish there was a place like this in Bellingham!
