Dunkin’ Donuts

These employees keep trying g to charge full prices in sale items.
This week i went to the drive thru 5 times for the same order… medium caramel iced macchiato. The promotion they’re running is that after 12pm the lattes cappuccinos and macchiatos are 1.99
Three times i get the same server. All five times they tried to charge me 3.63.
Now either the employees are being told to do this or they really cant remember their own promotions… ive questioned this girl on 2 prior occasions this week to get the sale price ??? So whats the deal DD?
Also they keep mixing these drinks… does the fact that they are all «layered» drinks not clue them in to the fact that they’re meant to be layered???
These employees are NO barristers by any stretch of the imagination. They arent taught the art of coffee making… they dont appreciate that coffee is indeed made in a variety of different ways for a reason .
I guess if you as the consumer just want a cup o joe this DD will do the trick.
I have been to many Dunkins and been impressed with the staff and their knowledge of coffee. So i have to say no need to go to a starbucks… you CAN actually go to a DD and get what you want, at the price they advertise, and made properly… just not this location.

My go to Dunkin Donuts. I am here every other day, the staff is polite but not so friendly. Never messed up my order. :)

Be careful, this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts custumer service in this area. Make shore to check your order before leaving, that always is wrong.

Nice place I stopped for hot chocolate .the girls are so nice. :) I do recommend it. Two thumbs up for the girls they treat us so nice

When spending time in the Chelsea area it’s obvious that I need to get my Dunkin Donuts fix on. Typically this is the spot that I drop in to because they are always quick and polite. The other reason I enjoy coming here is because they are conveniently located and it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot unlike some of the other locations in the area.
The one critique I do have about this place is that they often run out of items that a normal Dunkin Donuts would have. That is just because their turnover is so high but it can definitely be frustrating at times.
Overall, not a bad place and one that I’ll continue to frequent.

This place in Everett was the worst go to either and the other ones they told my order 25 munchkins but heard two donuts and than we asked for chocolate and honey dip they give us mainly plain two times I will never to this one again

I am a huge fan of fan of caramel donuts!! But I have problems in controlling my weight.(so sad…) I wonder if I can order low-​calories or half-​sugar ones.

Fast, professional and friendly, that’s how I describe this DD! Their coffee is just right, I personally never got a mistake on my orders. The best part is that this great DD is really close to my house! Love it!

Revisited this Dunkin Donuts this morning for the first time in three years (I changed jobs). Due to road construction, I changed my commute so I drive past it. I’m pleased to report that it was as good as always. I realized how much I missed them!
Seriously, not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal. I can’t stress this enough. But this one is a keeper!

Walked over to this location, I’ve never seen such frazzled workers in my life. There seemed to have been too many people not knowing who’s doing what behind the counter.
With that said, the coffee, the bagel and the egg sandwich were all good.
Nothing really bad to say. They were polite to their customers.

Better than most… I usually never get mistakes here… They are pretty fast & the drive thru flys… Pulling out on B’way an AM sucks, but all in all they are a great Dunkin & I Love the service here!
