No matter how many times I come, the girls here are always some of the nicest, most polite people in my day. I will continue doing business here for as long as the shop is there.

I see all of these wonderful reviews and honestly I have witnessed some great customer service. However, the times I have been here, which is over a dozen, I have not received the best service. I am quiet and don’t ask for anything difficult. Yet I definitely see the difference in customer service if they know you but name. If they don’t know your name, don’t plan On getting equal service. What a shame to discriminate like that!

This is a coffee shop in the Amtrak/Greyhound terminal. The girls run it much better than I expected it to be run. I had a breakfast croissant with egg, ham, and cheese plus a V8 and diet coke. The sammich was decent tasting and a good portion amount. Id eat it again. The most important thing here is customer service. Lots of grumpy travellers and bus riders. The girls behind the counter are quick with a friendly hello with a smile, and polite conversation. And always ready to take care of especial requests. In this busy terminal, this place is an oasis. This is somewhere I will return to whenever I’m in Everett Station. The only request I have… please offer WiFi. You can password protect it and hand out to customers who purchase from you.

Where can you find the best mocha with friendly service? … The Everett Train station. I use to go here all the time when they had a branch at the library. Now that they don’t I can’t resist making a special trip to the Everett Train station simply to enjoy their wonderful savory mocha. Their other espresso drinks are great too. If you are looking for something better than the McDonalds of Coffee(AKA Starbucks) definitely give this place a try.

This place is amazing, I can’t believe that no one has written a review for it before. Forget Starbucks, go here! After a few times of coming here, I am known by name, and have always had amazing service. The coffee is at least a dollar cheaper than at Starbucks it is just under $ 5 for a 20oz Frozen Chai Explosion with a shot of espresso and whip cream, but if you go to Starbucks it is about $ 6, and the flavor of the chai is much more in the coffee from here. But besides coffee, they also do bagels, bread sandwiches, hoagie sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, cream cheese brownies, cookies, Italian sodas, and also sell bottled and canned sodas, water, and juice. I would suggest getting one of their Turkey Pesto Hoagie sandwiches, a frozen chai explosion, and a cream cheese brownie, you will not be disappointed Also, they have a punch card, only they take your name and keep it on file, and when you get 10 of one thing, ex: drink, sandwich, pizza, etc. you get one free!
