I really don’t like having to write negative reviews but I feel as though in this case I do need to unfortunately do so. My experience with Mr. Dilday was not very good. I was a cash patient and I felt like I did not get my money’s worth. I visited him 4 – 5 times in under a month and I felt rushed at almost every appointment and I did not feel like he really cares much about me as a patient. He was annoyed by how many questions I had as well which is hard to believe that a professional would get annoyed with basic questions. I was trying to learn to take care of my back in my own and just learn about how the back works in general. When I called him about my dissatisfaction with his service he went on to tell me that I was hyperactive during our appointments and also that if a doctor saw me they would put me on a medication. I am a 30 year old man and that’s not something you tell an adult. I may get anxious in certain situ ins like being in the care of someone I did not know and was supposed to trust. I was blown away by his comment about my «hyperactivity» I couldn’t believe he insulted me like that. I would not recommend this service to anyone honestly. I do not feel like he is a caring and compassionate Doctor. Also, he tends to answer his phone in the middle of his appointments which once again I found very disrespectful. He was running the office by himself every time I went there and he is also trying to be the Dr. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes that he was going to be the helping person who I could trust to help with my back pain but that I feel now is simply not the case.

Dr dilday helped me get back to running. I had a hip injury while training for a half marathon. He got me back on my way to training and giving me the ability to run again! He uses the activator method which is much less stressful then manual adjustments.

He cured my reoccurring wrist pain, and has made more progress on my neck in one visit than I’ve made in a year doing other things. He is extremely efficient, effective, has amazing customer service, and is a just great deal! I was a total skeptic when I went, but he has made me an absolute believer. I’m a customer for life.
