Love this place! Ive been with this place for 3 years and my rent hasnt gone up yet. Couldnt be happier.

So happy I chose to store my stuff here. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I needed to tow a car in and I got there right at closing and they stayed an extra 15 minutes after closing for me to hold the gate open so I could get in and out of the gates without a problem.

Very happy with the level of service I receive at I-​5 Mini Storage. I’ve been with them for over two years now, and after some shopping around, found them to be the best price in the area. There facility is a bit older than the chain of self-​storage facilities around and outside of Seattle, but the secure fence, heavy gate, and security cameras, coupled with the 24-​hour onsite management, makes me feel my stuff is every bit as secure, at a much better deal.
Regarding the on-​site management, I’ve always felt them to be friendly whenever my wife or I drop of our payment. A small item really given how infrequent we see them, but definitely makes me feel better about renting from them.
