One of the best Groupons I’ve ever redeemed! I was visiting my aunt nearby who had purchased one for both of us. Our session, her reading, and just her presence really hit home. I can see why my Aunt recommends her so much! I wish I lived closer, I’ll focus on phone readings for now. If you’re a little lost or need some spiritual guidance, I HIGHLY recommend a reading!

Purchased a Groupon almost a month or so back. I called a total of 4 times. The first 3, left messages, never a return call, nada. I gave the place 1 more chance to pick up so I could book my reading. It stated on the Groupon it was ready for use immediately, no restrictions but the expiration date in June, and I could even make same day appointments after my purchase. I was really excited, I enjoy this type of stuff. So the 4^th call, someone answers with a perturbed «HI»…
I ask if this was the Everett Psychic, thinking I had the wrong number because they didn’t state it was a place of business and they weren’t happy answering the phone. It indeed was. I explained that I had a groupon and that I had called a few times, leaving messages, wondered why I never had any return calls. The person said she got them but was on holiday for the past few weeks. I was puzzled and asked what holiday was a few weeks long, and why wouldn’t you have some sort of message stating that you wouldn’t be returning calls or accepting appts for your groupon deal until after a particular date. She just told be it was because of Easter. I said, well the last time I looked, Easter was a 1 day event. That certainly doesn’t mean you don’t answer, return a call. What a bunch of crap. Horrible etiquette. I wrote Groupon to get my order cancelled immediately after going through this mess. Worst Groupon experience ever for sure. If this is how they handle potential customers, I am surprised they are even in business honestly. I would recommend going to Vision Qwest Book Store in Everett for any spiritual readings or items. They have never treated anyone close to what I experienced without having an actual reading. Really sad.
