If I could rate this place lower I absolutely would. Bought a mod (aspire Pegasus) while on vacation, owned it for 4 days. Then it suddenly started to read low resistance, brought it into the store to have my tank rebuilt. The guy rebuilt it, no issues with that. Then it will said low resistance, so he put it on his mod and it work flawlessly. At this point I knew it was something wrong with the mod, so asking for an exchanged he told me I could call aspire. Owning the mod for only 4 days! Had the box and proof of sales, on top of this he said I could get 15 percent off a new mod. Why would I spend more money when you aren’t willing to help me out? Especially when it could easily be a one for one exchange at ANY other vape shop. I would not bring my business here ever again, I would drive the 5 minutes down to road to the next shop.
EDIT: after going to my local shop back home, this mod was deemed a clone. Aspire also confirmed.

They sold me a faulty battery. They refused to refund or exchange it. He played with it for a minute.
I recommend going somewhere where there is a sense of customer service. I won’t be going here again.

What a joke! Only one kid working and was more concerned talking to his friends than doing anything remotely related to doing his job. The samples they had available were absolutely disgusting. Some were almost empty, the whole stand had e-​juice all over it, and it just so happens they were all out of tips for sampling, how convenient! The selection wasn’t too bad only on the drip mod side and the tank side was paltry at best. By the way, if you have to raise your voice 10 – 15 times just to get the guy’s attention, you should prolly fire the lil punk, cuz’ he obviously doesn’t care to his job at all. Will never come back despite the so-​called great reviews.

It’s a love hate relationship with this store. They have my FAVORITE all day vape-​Zombie Blood… it’s perfect. Sweet enough to leave a great taste behind, also nice and smooth. I am borderline obsessed with it.
Here’s the problem: I live probably 20min away. Out of about two months of calling almost daily for zombie blood and countless trips to this store, I’ve actually only been able to get this juice once. Luckily, knowing how hard it is to get it, I bought five bottles. Now I’m low again and I’m back to going in sporadically and calling regularly just to get told they’re out and waiting for more to be «made». Ugh!!! Seriously though! Don’t carry something this good and not have any in stock, ever! Unfortunately, this kind of inconsistency will most likely end in the store failing, and zombie blood to become a
long lost favorite that’s never replicated. Their shelves are regularly empty and the staff is less than concerned about it. I guess the owner must be a billionaire who doesn’t need business. Not sure. I need a new favorite asap!

They have a drill press and know how to use it! Fun place to visit, never had a bad experience.

I bought an authentic mod from these guys and went home and found it online for 40.00 more. Prices are great and this shop knows what’s up. Thanks Amanda and Jacob!!!

Now this place is awesome! After totally being ripped off, lied to and blamed for Sky Vapor I walked into this joint expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised to walk into a chill spot that catered to me and explained things in a respectful manner. I felt they honestly care about their customers and go the extra mile to do a great job. Keep it up guys and thanks again!

I really like visiting this shop whenever I am in the area. Very cozy relaxed feel to the shop, and I love their bug juice. The fact they have a huge drill shows that they are down to go above and beyond and have some fun as they do it. Some prices are on the high end, but it’s to be expected when there are no other decent vape shops in the area and that they have to pay higher prices to have staff as knowledgeable as they are

Amazing staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and super chill. Great selection of Eliquid. There house brands (specifically GNS) are amazing! Good atmosphere and tons of samples. Recently added a build bar, and offer classes! Know what your vaping! Learn battery safety and vape on Unilocalers!

Really nice staff, they are very helpful and answer my silly questions. Also the pricing is the best I’ve ever seen at a B&M! Plus SOO MANY SAMPLES! Don’t waste your time anywhere else as far as B&M’s go. I make the long drive just for this place!

Literally the best vape shop in the north end. The house juice is amazing, and the selection of quality gear is hard to match unless you go down south of Seattle. If you’re in the north end, and only got time to visit one shop, I’d recommend the Everett Vape Shop over pretty much everything else out there.
