Not the most helpful company at all. Started with owning a new rental property to find out that it requires a fire detection system monitoring. Talked with a lady in August to find out that it had deficiency with battery and needed replacement. Ask them to replace the battery. Over a month had past and no contact what so ever. A lady by the name of Lisa have now taken over the paper work and have changed everything over and said it now requires a whole new system. Really?
Out of no where it now requires a brand new monitoring system. Also that I am now getting a bill for $ 156… for what? No battery was replaced, nothing was confirmed and I have no idea what they even did. Lisa claims that I signed for it… but I was never at the property, can’t even provide me any document I agreed to anything other then to ask them to replace battery.
Now I asked them to tell what is it that I need to get this going again since they already charged me… their technician called me back «Brent» telling me that everything will be up and going after they install a cell tower to the fire detection device and everything will be good for $ 400. Half a day later I got an invoice for a quote of $ 725!
This company can’t seem to keep it together nor none of their staff works with each other let alone try to monitor any fire issues.
Not recommended! Will look elsewhere. Stay clear! Deceptive.

My children just purchased a home security system from Evergreen Security while we were visiting them on vacation. The kids got estimates from three different companies and Evergreen was the only one of the three that took the time to really evaluate their security needs and educate them about how their system could address each of them. The system they recommended protects all of the homes vulnerable doors and windows, and includes interior protection as well as smoke and heat detection. The kids wanted to be able to control the system from their computers and smartphones as well as to have a camera they could use to check on things when they were away and Evergreen’s system works wonderfully in that way. The other «national» companies seemed only interested in getting the kids to purchase their pre-​packaged «almost free» system and then sign a long term contract. After purchasing from Evergreen, Sarah in the Evergreen office scheduled the installation and communicated with our daughter all the way through. The installation team was great! Chase and Chris were expert in their work and left the house even cleaner than the way my finicky daughter always keeps it! The system is so easy to use that even us old folks are comfortable with it. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in dealing with an established local company that truly cares about their customers.

I would have given this company 4 stars, but had issues with not informing me of extra work done before the work was done, then asking me for extra payment after. I didn’t give this company 1 star, because they handled the mistake of the installers well, and I felt we came to a reasonable resolution to the issue. The installers were fast, friendly and helpful. Salesman was friendly, prompt and respectfully followed up several times, when i didn’t immediately call back to order. Office staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a perfect company, but who is? I would recommend them to others with the warning to double check everything before install.
