After my BMW was in a hit & run and in need of some repairs I took it to Gerber to get the job done. I had my car dropped off and picked it up a week later looking like new!
Their customer service was excellent, they kept me always informed of any new updates/delays and made sure all my questions were answered. It was a very hassle free experience as well which was really nice to experience in this situation.
It really felt like the repair shop understood my best interests in making sure everything was done correctly the first time with the highest of quality and for that I am extremely thankful. If I’m in need of repairs again (Which I hope not!) I will definitely be going back to Gerber!

Average. My car was in shop for a longggg time because the parts being ordered kept breaking or something. Not ones but thrice, so if the 2 at don’t make sense to me. Also, the fee was about a third more than the estimate. And finally, the car was dirty filled with dust. I’m not completely satisfied with the service overall, but am absolutely happy that I got my car back

I took my 2007 Honda Accord in a few months ago due to an accident in the freeway and needed to replace my front bumper. I was able to get my car back within 2 days so they are definitely quick. There were some issues I had when I got my car back but Gerber was definitely fast at getting a response back to me. I’m definitely a satisfied customer now. :)

I had two break-in with two different cars between 2009 and 2013. Both the times, I wanted to install the broken window myself. So, I shopped around for replacement glass windows. The best deal I could get was with Gerber both the time.
I ordered the glass, picked it up from a local store and installed it myself. Piece of cake!
2009: Acura RSX Driver Side Window Glass (Was hard to find a replacement, but Gerber had it)
2013: Honda CR-V Passenger Side Window Glass

I got my new car’s bumper smashed by a hit and run in a parking lot. Sad day for me! My insurance company had everything set up with Gerber over the phone. I took my car in the same day, dropped it off 2 days later when the part came in and the whole thing was brand new and gorgeous the next morning. Super nice staff and they even arranged a pick up for me at my house (less than a mile) so I could come get my car and not have to schlep in the rain. I sincerely hope I never have a reason to be a customer again, but if I do, I know they will take good care of me :)
