When one furniture delivery company said my new couch was not deliverable because the fire door was too small, JL Delivery showed them wrong. I ordered a couch from Anna’s Home Furnishings and set up delivery with the delivery company Anna’s typically goes with. I had a horrid experience and ended up paying 105 dollars for that company to deliver an armchair and take away an office chair. I felt scammed. So to make it right, my salesman, Mark called JL Delivery and asked if they’d give it a shot. Juan and Roy came over to preview the route and felt it was possible. The next day, JL Furniture showed up on time and ready to go. It was a challenging fit but Juan is a visual/​spatial genius and managed to figure out how to make it happen.
Juan and Roy are professional, friendly, patient, polite and smart. I would highly recommend using their services. They are in my phone for future delivery needs.
