KFC

Would give k-​fucking suck balls-​c no stars but I can’t. First off they make you wait 30 minutes in drive though after you order to tell you they’re out of crispy chicken. Then they make you wait another 20 on the parking lot while they make some more. Then they forget the other part of you ordered and make you drive all the way back to a specially handicapped manager who doesn’t give squat that you drove all the way from your house because your dumb employees forgot to put it in the bag which they are paid to do (why they shouldn’t get a $ 15 raise) and acts like a little bitch. All I have to say not coming back to this one maybe in a couple years after he gets fired and the rest of his high school employees.

Horrible i paid 45 bucks and they were missing food and still made me park yo wait for my damm food and i try calling them and there system is incredibly dumb you cant press one or two because it repeats itself (automatic machine).

This is going to be one of my shorter reviews. I give this place two stars. Reasons, if you come here you know why I knocked off the three stars. The one star I didn’t knock off was for my request of hot sauce.

a KFC that DOESN’T have any fried chicken when you try to order it (at 9:00 PM on a Friday night)? Kind of defeats the idea of going to Kentucky «Fried» Chicken. And no… I don’t want «grilled» chicken instead (if I wanted grilled chicken, I’d go elsewhere). I’d put something on the «Good For» section but there’s no entry for «fasting». On an amusing note, this was the second KFC I tried tonight, same result… and they wonder why they’re never busy.

Ordered a 6 piece crispy recipe, mashed photatos w/​gravy and 3 biscuits.
The whole time I waited, ordered, paid and got my food was quick. Too quick…
Chicken was original recipe not crispy like I ordered. I went back and got it swapped for the correct chicken and got a free large side order of coleslaw which my wife love’s so much.
I give it 5 stars because the manager responded correctly and fixed the issue and compensated me the customer for the inconvenience.

These people know how to fix a bad night.
My fiancé and I had gone to KFC after a horrible takeout experience and couldn’t help but vent a little at the takeout window. The young man at the window was so polite and listened to our frustration. We needed to park out front to wait for our order which we had no problem. Less than ten minutes later, someone brought us our order and threw in two apple pies free of charge.
They turned our bad evening around and have faith in humanity again.

I love this kfc everytime I come here they are extra careful with there customer service. A lot of times they are busy but everytime they give me a little something for my wait (extra chicken or a drink) and that makes all the difference. the one on 128^th wont even let me change my cole slaw out, none of my family eats cole slaw, this one always makes me happy. Keep up the good service and ill keep up my loyalty.

We ate here over the weekend. Ended up getting our order to go. When we got home and opened the chicken up, it looked horrible. The corn was way overdone and tasted like it had been in the steam well a little too long. Both of us ended up with digestion distress (to put it mildly) Will not be eating here again.

I stopped because they had a large sign advertising pot pies. Was told they don’t so I left. They should not advertise food they don’t sell. This location has never impressed me and i won’t be back.

This really is a horrible KFC. We don’t go here often, and there’s a reason. Every time we go, we go through the drive though. My husband usually gets a doublicious combo and I get the bites combo. 95% of the time, the chicken is either old and dry, soggy, cold, or over cooked. The potato wedges are also usually overcooked, dried out, and cold. We very rarely get all of our items in our order as well. This location used to be great, but within the last two or three years, it’s gone way downhill. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but someone needs to seriously consider retraining some employees on food quality.

This KFC blows. Not only did they talk to us like we were idiots, they also didn’t offer us any sauce with our three orders of potato wedges. To top it off, our chicken was soggy and tasted like it had been wrapped hours before we ordered it. I will not be going to KFC again. Someone seriously needs to look into how to run a food chain.

I have been to this location four times over the last year, every time there has been a problem with my order.
1. order was forgotten, had to remind them.
2. order taken down incorrectly, had to wait forever after correcting.
3. charged me twice on my payment card.
4. items missing from order (today)
Needless to say weather or not I will ever return.

I’m not crazy about today’s lunch time adventure. I got the 2 piece white meat. One of the pieces was a wing. It was 3 bites big. Lol. The other piece had dry meat and raw coating inside. There was a piece of plastic wrap in my potatoes. And I had to wait back in line for ketchup then back in line for napkins. The worker was nice tho. :(. The potato wedges were too dry. I ate 2 of them.

This has to be the best and the nicest KFC that I have ever been to! It is a lot bigger once you are inside, with plenty of seating (both booths and tables). It was very clean and you could tell that whoever the manager is here really cared about how their facility looked like. The staff here is wonderful! They are always very nice and very efficient as well. We had a coupon for a bucket of dark meat chicken and the cashier allowed us to mix the different kinds of chicken as well (like Extra Crispy, Grilled, or Original recipe). She even let us keep our coupon! She said that we could keep reusing it if we wanted to. The chicken was very fresh and delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with how efficient and how professional the workers were at a chain restaurant! Definitely will be coming back here for some more finger-​licking good chicken!

Why I gave it a 5…
The workers here were great! I loved how I was able to keep my coupon here to reuse again. The chicken here is delicious! It is very fresh and tasty. Definitely will be coming back here to order some more chicken!
