One of the best parks in Everett. When I’m feeling up for the extra 15 minutes it takes to get here, it is totally worth it. The awesome drive is part of the experience. The hwy 527 bridge is always fun. This is in my top 3 parks for my weekend corgi walks. If you’re in the mood for a short walk or a long walk you have options. The«east side» of the trail going towards the hunting island is a bit chilly in the winter. The scenery of this park is incredible. The trail wraps around the water treatment facility. This may sound gross or unappealing. It’s not, the views of both the rivers and the facility are really cool and a lot of fun. There is a hunting island east of the main trail that is accessed via a spectacular hanging bridge. I’ve never been but I see folks bring their pups to the island in the off-season. You have the occasional stoners smoking up in the parking lot. I’ve never felt unsafe or insecure about leaving my vehicle in the parking lots. A lot of good folks at this park who are dog friendly. Clean up after your dog and plan on storing the waste for a while. There are no garbage cans once you are headed out of the boat landing and recreational area. This is no excuse for laziness, just be a good dog owner. No one likes to see piles of waste in the middle of the trail!

Nice park to walk dogs and have fun with family and friends. Three BBQ grills, bike parking, bathrooms, water fountain, boat docks and free doggy bags. Trail is small but to go somewhere that’s not packed, it’s nice. Also animal shelter across the street.

Great park! Clean. The scenery is beautiful. Came here to write down my thoughts & found so much peace & clarity. It’s 10 minutes off I-5& seems sorta out of the way but so worth driving to. This was my first time here. I was in the area & needed a quiet place. Ended up being exactly what I needed! Hopefully I’ll get back again before the weather turns.

A nice park with great views of the river. Not too many people go here but they should. Walk along the river on a sunny day. Has a walking pier, a canoe launch, and a boat launch. This is a great place to relax or just get some exercise with a nice long walk. This place is also pet friendly but please make sure you clean up after them.
