Went in here to look for adult dvds. The staff was surprisingly absent, we were barely greeted, she never asked us what we were looking for, when we asked if they had DVDs she said No! and turned her back to us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a lovers store. Good selection of toys and lingerie so two stars.

I love this place… On my anniversary, I wanted to pick up a few things and I was running late and it was about two minutes before closing and I called on my way there and explained that it was my anniversary and that I was about five minutes away and the lady working said don’t even worry about it I’ll stay open and stay here late and we will get you taken care of. I don’t know of any store that would do that. She clearly went above and beyond her job description. I had an amazing anniversary which would never of happened if the lady working wouldn’t have stayed late for me. I can’t thank them enough. So far every Lovers package I’ve been to has been awesome but especially the one on Broadway in downtown Everett! It’s my go to for ALL OF OUR BEDROOM NECESSITIES!!! Thanks again LP staff! Your incredible customer service did not go unnoticed!!!
