This is one of my favorite buffets to go to. I go here with my family all the time. They have a huge selection of basically everything. The only thing I didn’t like is that they limit your time there… if you look behind the receipt, it says please limit your stay for no longer than 2 hours… which I guess no one could actually eat for that long. but I thought it was unnecessary. Overall it’s a great place and I totally recommend it!

Man — if I’m ever in Seattle n heading to Boeing Factory or Vancouver I would always stop here for food!!!

Crappy place. They use to be good. Watch your bill or they will charge you for dinner in the afternoon. What place charges for dinner all day on the weekends? They don’t know the difference I guess.

Shitty. Not clean. Saw a worker throw food from the counter back into the buffet food. I went to the restroom and the lady used the toilet scrubber to clean the toilet seat. And fountain drinks didnt even taste good it was very watered-down. This place is gross everything seem sticky and not clean.

Good selection of fish and Chinese food. The Japanese sushi was mostly cooked sushi and California rolls, only raw fish was thin slices of tuna on top of California rolls. They had serve yourself soda and ice cream. There were 8 selections of ice cream from cookies & cream, mint chocolate chip, coconut/pineapple, vanilla, sherbet and raspberry swirl. Not the best I’ve had.

To be fair, I have eaten here since they opened, at least 15 times. Impressive selection. However, this place has seriously gone downhill since they opened. Went for lunch 2 Sundays ago and had the 5th, in a row, bad experience. The hostess took us to a table near the back, it was the only one available as it was busy. The table had not been cleared, it had napkins, half full glasses of soda, water on the table and bits of food. The hostess looked at the table, looked at us, and grabbed all the stuff off the table, said here you go and walked away, leaving us standing at the side of the dirty, un sanitized table, with food and liquids on it, and right in the middle of the table, a very long coarse black hair sitting in the liquid. I guess that’s how its done at Lucky Buffet now? Didn’t use to be that way. My partner found a busser and asked him if he could please wipe off our table, the busser came over looking perturbed, didn’t say anything at all or even look at us, much less apologize for the situation, wiped off our table with a wet, not damp towel, missing parts of the table and leaving it very wet. The kind of wet that would take 30 minutes to dry on its own. The black hair was still on the table. We grabbed wads of napkins and wiped off the table ourselves, feeling very tempted at that point to just ask for our money back and leave. Then upon going to sit down, noticed that on the seats and the back of the banquettes there was food and greasy smears and handprints. On the windowsill was actual dried bits of food, obviously there a while, grease smears on the windows, and get this, there was food stuck to the ceiling above our table. How did that happen? I guess kids throwing food at the ceiling? The carpet was covered with food all around the entire area we were sitting, the carpet directly in front of our table was totally torn, about a 10 inch tear where the carpet was shredded, pulled aside and just sitting there like a flap waiting to trip someone. Maybe that’s why there was so much food all over the place? People are tripping on the carpet? Beneath the tear in the carpet you could also see odd bits of food. This was all so disgusting it was really almost like a sketch on SNL or something. Like someone was trying as hard as possible to make it as dirty as it could be. The condiments on the table were totally greasy like they hadn’t been wiped off in weeks. Really gross. When we did go to get out food everything that was deep fried like the spring rolls, shrimp, won tons etc… were white and room temp. As if the fryers had been overloaded and the food cooked in warm not hot oil. Greasy. Gross. The hotel pans were almost all heaping full having had more food piled on top of what was already in there, the food was room temp. Between that and the fact that it was so filthy in there I felt that the risk of getting sick was very real. Still do. What is it like in the kitchen if the dining room looks like that? Just so grossed out. This was the 5th visit of the 15+ times I have been there that there were sanitation issues, this time was the worst of all. My family and myself are going to find somewhere else that is clean and that has the pride and common sense to seat their customers at a clean table in a dining room that is clean and sanitized. A place that trains there staff to take care of customers correctly and safely. I have pushing 30 years experience working in the food service industry in kitchens, I can say that in that whole time I have only ever seen one place dirtier, that was a backwoods diner in Louisiana in the 1980’s. I do not recommend going here with your family if you want to stay safe. I would go elsewhere and don’t risk it. You for sure can do better for service as well. Oh one more thing, for real, the last time we were here to eat, when we left to go back to the car, we saw a rat run out from under the front porch on this building, right under the front entrance. Yes rats are everywhere, but uh… gross get pest control.

From the outside this place looks kinda run down, but inside things are a lot different. I was surprised with the good quality. The food was good, and we went at the lunch rush so the food was fresh and not sitting out long. I have been to many chinese buffets and this ranks on top compared to most. Soda is included in the price which is nice as some will charge you for drinks. Even the restrooms were nice, and well maintained. The servers clearing the dishes were attentive and friendly. If I ever go back to the Everett area I would eat here again.

Lucky mistake. A friend and I were looking for another place, got lost and stumbled across this one and were very happy about the mistake. This place is huge and the whole place is impressive. The actual building, on the inside, looks cool an cavernous. The food was unusually good for a Chinese buffet. All the of the choices were fresh and tasty with the exception of the«French Chicken.» My only complaint is that this place is far from my house. If they could do something about that I would be VERY happy. Contrary to some earlier Unilocal reviews, they DO have both steamed and fried rice.

This buffet is very well stocked with a large variety of foods to choose from. Anywhere from sushi, soups, and various desserts. No it’s not the best food I have had, but for $ 9.34 all you can eat… it’ll do.

It doesn’t matter what city our family meets up in, we always have to have one visit to an Asian buffet. Our party of 17 came here on a Monday night and were able to sit and eat immediately in this very large and open restaurant. I would say this location rounds out to a typical Asian buffet with food that is below average and service that is above average from what we normally experience. The usual suspects are at this buffet including a Mongolian grill, a sushi station, a dessert station, and an ice cream machine. I think I indirectly rate the service higher here because you can get and refill your soft drink yourself which allows the server to just focus on clearing plates, which our server did an excellent job of throughout the meal. I wasn’t pleased with the sushi selection as it was just variations of California rolls sauced up differently with maybe one or two selections of nigiri which definitely looked they’d been hanging out for a while. For the most part, the entrée selections were pretty standard. I found some steamed buns that were fresh and pretty tasty. I also was timely in getting some chicken wings that had just arrived which were piping hot with crispy skin and juicy meat. The dessert selection was pretty light, but I didn’t partake in too much because I filled myself up with shrimp cocktail and beef from the Mongolian grill, which were the best parts of my meal. Prices are fair and I think just about anyone can get their money’s worth. Everything was clean and the employees were constantly wiping and refilling stations with food. There’s a sink in the hallway to the bathroom if anyone would need to wash up. This place works well when we bring in our large party with different food preferences and eating capacities.

Crowded but quickly seated. The sushi had very thin fish on it. No mongolian grill that others have mentioned. Food was mostly luke warm and most of it didnt taste like much. It was also get your own silverware. Something I am not quite used to. Very much a serve yourself atmosphere. Nothing very special. One thing I noticed which seems odd no steamed or fried rice. Bland food overall.

The buffet has the classics which include pizza, Asian cuisine and sushi. Price wise, it is cheap and other holidays the bill comes to $ 16.99 plus tax.(Subject to change.) This includes soda and dessert. I gave it 4 stars because the salad bar and vegetarian selection is small compared to the rest of the selection. The sushi wasn’t labeled, so we had to guess what we were eating(I’m sure the sushi chef can decode the offerings if you ask but with the rush of lunch we didn’t make time to inquire). The max dinning time limit is 2 hrs or they will charge you extra for over staying your welcome. The staff is friendly and very organized. Selections are replenished fast and accurately. If you have a big enough group, their activity room is perfect for gatherings. One of the best buffets in town.

Wonderful buffet. For only $ 9.49 lunch you get all you can eat food and fountain drinks. The selection is quite big, with a choose your own items grill on the left, and dishes, soup, salad on right side. Pay at the front then sit where ever you want. Lots of people so they refill often keeping the food more fresh. They even have pig feet which is rare to find in most buffets.

My family loves going here! $ 16 for ALLYOUCANEAT. That is deals. They have a Mongolian grill as well where you can self serve everything you want to have cooked with choices of 4 difference sauces(mix if you’d like) and the chef will cook it right in front of you for you! I would warn you not to overload your plate because it may be too much for you to eat and you need to save your stomach for all the other great food they have! They also have a sushi bar(I really like the cooked spicy salmon one). And they have ice cream(mint choco chip and cookies and cream mixed is the best). You can also get any drinks for free: soda, juice, coffee, and/or cocoa. The food items I really like: For seafood: Honey walnut prawn, fried shrimp, clams(my mom brings her special homemade sauce so we can dip the clams with it lol!) Veggies: Green bean stir fry and edamame(in the cold section) Other food: Baked spinach, stuffed mushroom Soup: Hot & sour soup — one day it was kind of plain but when I had it again another time I got seconds! Ones I do not like: The crawfish, crab(it’s so thin there is barely any meat, so not worth the effort to bite and peel it), the stuffed crab(next to the stuffed mushroom) They also have an event space you can rent out and have a live band and everything. The tables are set up like an Asian Wedding. And when you do rent out a space there is a bar area that serves beer to everyone and shots of Hennessy(which I think the hosts brought for everyone).

I returned again and the price for dinner increased from $ 13.99 to $ 15.99 since my last visit in 2013. It’s the best value in the Everett area. At Lucky Buffet the ladles are almost always sticky but I overlook it since this is the best Chinese buffet in the Everett area. I prefer Chinese restaurants in Florida however where I can get a nice meal for $ 8.59 per person and their ladles are clean. Every time I eat at Lucky Buffet their ladles have grease or grime on it so I end up having to wash my hand every time I serve food. Other than that I like their selection of meats and vegetables plus drinks are all included including refills. Drinks include sodas, teas, coffees, and water and are self-serve. Their sushi selection is not the best but I do like their tofu and kimchi which is next to the sushi display. They also have ice cream for dessert as well as fruits and sweets. There are two areas that have ice cream and drinks which make it convenient. They are fairly noticeable. They have the best jian dui(dough balls with black bean paste inside and sesame seeds on the outside) that compares to the ones in Hawai’i. Thus the four stars. I will return again for my Chinese food fix when I am in the area. I just wish their ladles were not as sticky.

We are buffet lovers and there’s really only two buffet options heading north Seattle on the I5 that close to where were from. First there’s one in Shoreline. But keep heading north to Everett and you come to this fun spot. Food-yummy and such a wide variety to choose from. Staff is super friendly. They love babies & kids! Then, the ice cream… The cotton candy ice cream is amazing and again — 8 different kinds of ice cream to choose from. Entering the establishment, there’s a boat filled with ice and shrimp and mussels. So if you love seafood, this is a great place. Sushi bar, Mongolian wok style bar and even regular fries, pizzas and chicken which is perfect for those young picky kid eaters. This place satisfies buffet cravings for anyone north of Seattle.

Thought I’d update my review. They’ve added a much better selection of Sushi to the menu. That makes it all worth while. Looks like it’s a Friday night daughter date night.

Mind all the negative Nancys’ reviews and low star ratings. This Buffett is great! If you truly enjoy good food and don’t have the misfortune of having your nose stuck high in the air, you won’t regret going here. The food selection is plentiful, it is usually almost ALWAYS stocked and you really can’t complain about anything considering the STEAL of a price it is to eat here!(: If you’re still skeptical about eating here due to the plethora of «bad reviews» given. I’d like to just point out that 90% of the«elite 15» visitors, having 35+ check ins each, gave 3 stars or less. I dunno about you, but I’m a firm believe that actions speak louder than words and their actions are telling me otherwise. Enjoy! ^_^

Well, been going to this buffet for a few years i guess. They raised their price to $ 15.99 per adult, but i think its still worth the money u pay. If u come on a weekend for dinner or holidays there wont be table available except if u made a reservation already. I just went there on mother’s day and i had to wait for 30 mins, not bad. Their hostesses are nice thou. They always smile and running around to help me find a table. SEAFOODS!!! Pay $ 15.99 for all u can eat, all u can drink with a variety choices of food, especially seafoods. Why not huh??? No place can be perfect for 100%. I like this restaurant because it always try to improve all the mistake that i shared with the manager.

My brother in law LOVES this place. I’m not a fan of Everett off casino road area(personal reasons) and I was told this was exactly where the restaurant was… CRAP. Still I went with my husband to meet my brother in law for lunch. I went on Unilocal and read the reviews… OMG, not the best reviews on the planet! I kept thinking«please Lord, let me and Drake not get sick after eating here»… THISPLACEISHUGE!!! I was shocked how big it was for a buffet. We got there at 11am and they were still placing food out on the stations. When I first did a walk around of the food, everything look and smelled wonderful. Started out with the salad bar, shrimp and Jell-O. Lettuce was in large leaves and needed to be cut, but was very fresh and cold. shrimp and cocktail sauce was good. Next I went to the hot bar and got some broccoli & beef, orange chicken, pot stickers, beef & mushrooms and egg rolls. Everything was great. Then I went to the Mongolian grill and had a stir fry of noodles, bean sprouts, meat, mushrooms and broccoli with teriyaki sauce. Wasn’t cooked enough. Normally I DOWN Mongolia grill, but not this time… would probably give the grill 1 star. I wish there was a Chinese buffet like this closer to where I live, I would frequent it a lot more… like I said, not a fan of Everett, so probably will not come back, unless my brother wants to! THESTAFFWASWONDERFUL!!! 5STARSFORSERVICE!!!
