I’m not one of those Unilocalers — but I had the best experience EVER with Mazda of Everett Service Department today. Brand new location, clean, and convenient, and wonderful accommodations. I had an appointment at 12:30pm. They sent reminders the day before, which was very helpful. Once I arrived, they took VERY good care of me. Professional, kind, and very helpful — right through to the cashier who cashed me out. It was a simple oil change, tire rotation, and I needed a recall issue resolved. Because of the incredible attention I received, I will ALWAYS use Mazda of Everett to service my car (and when it’s time, buy from there as well!!!). Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and my 2014 Mazda 6!!! Andrew S.

I took my car into be serviced at Mazda of Everett and couldn’t be happier! Matt and his staff really went above and beyond to make sure that I left with my car in the best possible condition. It was quick and efficient. They made it so simple! No forms to fill out, no lines to wait in, no attempt to up-​sell me on anything. They even buffed out a little scrape for me to my surprise! The best part was that when I drove off the lot my car was as clean as the day I purchased it and looked and felt brand new. And don’t think you have to drive a Mazda to get your car serviced there! They will work on anything! I highly recommend Mazda of Everett. Thank you Matt, Jerry and staff for making me feel like a valuable customer. I will be back!

I have never been impressed by a dealership or repair shop, until now! They have 100% of my business from now on. I worked with Steve and Matthew and I have never felt so taken care of before. From the little things in explaining what needs to be done, to making sure I had a car for the day, to making everything seamless and easy. If you ever need any work on your car, this is the place to go! I can’t wait to buy a car from this dealership because I’m sure their sales staff is just as amazing!
