Replaced by the old Bobby’s Hawaiian, nestled next to the Royal Casino. Doesn’t look much from the outside. I love finding rare gems like Noodle Hut. They close at 8. I called about 7:30 to ask if they will still service us if we were like 15 minutes away. The lady who answered the phone replied«Yes! No problem come on in! « A little shop. hole in the wall… ran by wife and husband? With this kind of a feel… I can tell the food is gonna taste like home. My sister got the old fashion tum yum soup and I got the house special soup. It was AMAZING! The food is authentic to the core… they didn’t change the ingredients for the American pallet. I’ve have eaten at so many different cuisines where they don’t stay true to the authenticity but rather Americanize every dish. The lady that served us, I believe had also cooked for us. She stopped by every table that was occupied with guests mingled a bit and made sure everyone loved what she had cooked up. She spoke well and she was very sweet! Made my experience here very intimate and one on one service. She made the effort to get to know her guests! I loved it! I felt right at home! Even better I felt as if I was going over to my aunts house and having her favorite noodle soup dish! You should try stop by and see what I’m raving about! This won’t be my first time… I’ll be back!

Straight up, no joke, this is the BEST Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Considering I love Thai noodles, and I’ve been to all kinds of Thai restaurants around the area and San Francisco, it’s a pretty big compliment. My favorite dish is the pad see ew with beef, 5 star spicy. Yes, I know, with that much spice it might take away from the flavors, but spicy is a flavor and I think it adds another element to your tastebuds. But anyways, the food here is amazing, and leave it to the dive style, small, family ran restaurant to cook the best Thai food around. I usually order it to go. So they’ll pack all the noodles and meat into an aluminum boil, which is brilliant. It keeps my food extremely warm, and it’s very easy to eat when I get home. Even if I decide to wait like 15 – 30 minutes to eat it, it’s still stays warm in that thing. This place really does look like a hut, so even more bonus points for the name. It’s on the corner of a road with a casino next to it. Limited parking.

This is by far my favorite place for noodle soup! Very kind staff and excellent soup. The dining area and restroom are very clean. Favorite soup is the Old fashion Tom Yum soup. I usually substitute pork for the fish ball and recommend 3 star for the level of spicy(4 is extremely spicy). The House noodle soup is also very excellent and full of great flavor.

Everything I go here I try to try something different and every single time I do its always delicious. This is probably the most authentic thai restaurant around. I’ve tried many different places and I keep ending up back at Noodle Hut. The owners are very friendly always asking how everything is and if it could be better. Such a delight every time I visit.

Very flavor able and good food. Quick service. I’ve had many good Thai food their noodles are good though it’s smaller portion for what I’m used to. Otherwise it’s a great place to get your Thai butts kicked!

This place is amazing. This is my favorite place for Thai in the northwest, unique flavors, lots of pride and love on each dish the Chef owner is a really humble person with such of love for what she does is so remarkable. I being cooking myself for over 20 years and for me the most important thing is being passionate about it without that there’s nothing. Love this place! Forget about all the other Thai(Americanized) restaurant around, they lack of flavors and technique, this lady rocks!

First of, I’m Thai and I gotta admit that this is the bestest thai food in Seattle area. I would give a 6 star. If you look for an authentic Thai food, no other will beat this hole in the wall place. I love the ambience and the friendliness of the owner/waiter. ++ The basil fried rice(pad kapow) contains legitimate thai hot basil. + Hoy Tod dish is very crispy and actually better than what you find in Thailand. +++ Boat noodle is super good. Hands down the best boat noodle I’ve tried in the northwest. –Call to check if they really open. Don’t rely on just Unilocal

Been going to this restaurant regularly, love their authentic taste in all dishes. They sometimes have special menu outside of their usual menu, try them you won’t be disappointed. Definitely my go-to for Thai food rated by Thai customer.

Based on the Unilocal reviews, I decided to break from my traditional Monday Phở and try this place. I am so happy I did! I had the House Noodle Soup. It had a excellent flavor and was extremely good. My friend had the Pad Thai and wanted it hot, they made it perfect for him and he now wants to also go back. I am going back for dinner to try the Tom Yum.

Unilocalers five star rating of the Noodle Hut is well deserved. I tried the crispy wanton appetizer and realized this was one of the few times in my life that I had actually tasted perfection! I had the basil rice noodles. The owner and the menu warned they were spicy. I only ordered 4 star because I really like spicy but wanted to tread carefully. They were succulent, savory and complex. Next time I will go for 5 star. I went before five and had the place to myself. I thought«Something is wrong, this place should be full». Three more tables filled in before I finished my meal. There is so much bad Thai food out there that even if you think you don’t like Thai food, this might just change your opinion.

Wow, totally legit just like Unilocal says, authentic too! We ordered the Tom Yum Noodle Soup, pineapple fried rice, and kee mao noodles. Everything was soooo excellent! I would change the rice and kee mao to three star from two next time, the soup was on par. The owner and cook came by the table to enquire about our meal, to which we responded we loved it. I asked her what the white balls in the Tom Yum noodle soup were. She said it was a fish ball which I had guessed. She then promptly informed us, cheerfully, «if you come here, it’s food like in Thailand, you order this noodle, it comes with fish ball»! Well ok! I like authentic and am now a Noodle Hut junkie. I also asked about the Kao Mun Gai, she said she’d plan on making it next weekend so there is some for us! Now that’s awesome! Come here, it’s real Thai food, real good prices, real delicious, and real friendly!

OMG!!! The food is worth the wait people! Noodle Hut is a hole in the wall; south of Royal Casino on hwy 99. We ordered the 1) House Fried Rice 2) Kee Mao Noodles 3) Chicken Noodles Soup 4) #1 Soup on the menu(waitress/chef/hostess was nice so I wanted to try a soup w/her rec– so I don’t know the name of it) 5) 2x Pot Stickers. It was my first time ordering from Noodle Hut since its new ownership. The waitress/chef/hostess(yes it’s a ONE woman show– at least tnght) was friendly and seemed composed for being the only staff that I noticed. She greeted me, conversed, and gave me recommendations when I requested a dish to try. We had to wait awhile to get our order– about 40 mins. Given the situation I was patient and understanding. «The food better be good” — is what I kept reminding myself. The hostess carried our to-go orders out. At home I unwrapped/opened our carry out. The 2 soups were separated individually in two containers– 1 for the broth &1 for the noodles/toppings. They were wrapped w/a plastic bag in case of a spill and placed carefully on the bottom. Atop my soups were round aluminum carry out w/my rice and Kee Mao dishes. The pot stickers were separately placed btwn the dishes. The package as a whole was thoughtfully put together and stable. THEFOODHANDSDWNISTHEBESTTHAI. It is very authentic in taste, star rating in spice and presentation. My family devoured the fried rice… Annihilated! I killed the«#1» soup on the menu. My niece rated the Chicken Soup a 9 out of 10 for goodness. Even the pot stickers were cleaned off the plates. The Kee Mao Noodle dish was delicious. Overall, if you want authentic Thai food that is out of this world go to Noodle Hut. Be patient and surf the Internet while you sip on some tea cause you may have to wait longer than usual but your palate will not be disappointed.

I don’t think that their spice levels really exist. I ordered a 2 star pad see ew, my usual at every Thai restaurant, and man! This thing was pretty spicy. Every bite came with a kick and I had to cool down with my Thai tea. I’m not sure if I’ve found a Thai restaurant I’m truly a huge fan of just yet. I was hoping this could have been a winner but I got some crazy allergic reaction after eating their fried sweet corn(I have to say this was probably my favorite out of the things I ate from here), tofu pad see ew and pineapple fried rice so I don’t think I’ll be having another meal from here again. It’s strange because I’ve never had a reaction after eating Thai food, or even an allergic reaction to food at all. Better to be safe than sorry.

Anything you get here will be amazing. pad Thai, basil Noodles, crab fried rice, wonton soup. Tom yum soup… Anything and everything. How this place doesn’t have a line out the door is beyond me. We need to patronize these small businesses and keep them going. Noodle Hut, you have my heart, and stomach.

I love this place. Super friendly, hole-in-the-wall type Thai. Noodles are street style, and the Phad Thai is in my top two in the Seattle area(Thai Tom’s holds the other special place in my heart for Phad Thai).

Been here hundreds of times now and everything I’ve had her have been just out of this world(except the pineapple friend rice, which is just really good, but not insanely good). In addition to my usual pad see ew, the shrimp curry kitchen special, and my special off menu soup noodle, I highly recommend the turnip cake, the beef noodle soup, and the chicken lettuce wrap. Definitely try it if you’re anywhere near the Noodle Hut.

We were craving noodles on a Sunday night, so a Unilocal searching we did go. When this place popped up in a search of Everett, I knew it was a place we’ve wanted to try, but always seemed to be on the wrong side of the road or it was too late and they were closed. This time, we decided to make this our destination, so we drove on 99 and flipped the U-turn to get to this amazing and hidden diamond in the rough. It is a wonderful little hole in the wall Thai place. It’s an adorable little red building on the outside, although sort of hard to see because it isn’t super well-lit but has decent parking and is rustic and quaint in the inside. We weren’t greeted in the over the top way, but we’re just told we could sit wherever we would like. I had my co-reviewer(12 year old son) with me and we were ready for some eatin’. We were given tea to start out with — and it was nice and warm. Not sure what kind it was, but adding just a touch of sugar was an absolutely perfect way to make it taste super yummy. It was the perfect thing to drink while perusing the menu, which had a nice array of noodle dishes in addition to soups, rice and appetizers. I tried to control my drool muscles as I read all the wonderful noodle creations. E I started out with pot stickers and Thai Iced Coffee, while my son ordered Sunkist(only $ 1 for a can). Everything is very reasonably priced at around $ 7.95 for an entrée and less for appetizers with a bit more for some of their specials and seafood dishes. Such a great deal for dinner! I ordered the Kua Gai and my son ordered pineapple fried rice. I thought about the Pad See Ew, but wanted to try something new. Our service was excellent and fast with helpful suggestions from our server. When our potstickers arrived, we devoured them with reckless abandon, as they were perfectly crispy with yummy and slightly spicy dipping sauce. But, little did we know we were about to be taken on a taste journey that would be unlike any other Thai experience. My son’s rice came first and he was kind enough to give me several tastes, you know, for the sake of the review. The seasonings were multi-layered and the rice was cooked to amazement. But, when my noodles arrived, I knew I reached Num Num Nirvana. Once again, the multi-layered seasonings, tender chicken, delicious noodles and crispy veggies made this a rare taste treat. She gave a slightly less spicy version of the dipping sauce to pour over the dish — but I didn’t do that until I fully savored the flavors of the noodles by themselves. Although they are excellent without, the sauce is the perfect accessory that made this dish stand up and take a bow! So, my son loved his rice, and I adored my noodles — he asked if we could give a sixth star because he loved it so much! We ended the night with a wonderful conversation with the owner and a promise to ourselves that we will definitely return. I’m thinking lunch to go on Friday. So, the next time you’re driving along 99, flip the u-turn or just make the stop — whatever you need to do to go to this amazing gem!

We’ve been meaning to try Noodle Hut for some time, and finally got the opportunity on our returned from camping. Don’t let the outside appearance discourage you. Noodle Hut was a delightful surprise. The first thing I noticed was all the condiments on the table. I remember seeing these condiments at most of the restaurants in Thailand. We ordered the boat noodles and the tom yum noodle soup. Both were delicious. The tom yum noodle soup had a huge chunk of daikon radish in the bowl. This is a good sign that they try to naturally sweeten the broth with vegetables. Very impressive! For desert we had mango sticky rice. Very good ripe mango and a slight pandanous flavor to the sticky rice. It was very tasty! We had the opportunity to talk the owners and they were very adamant about keeping their foods as authentic as possible. They want people to know how to eat their food the right way. Their pad Thai is not the over sauced slimy rice noodles you usually get at Thai restaurants. It is made just like in Thailand. The flavors are subtle and you add the condiments to personal preference. The noodles are drier and have a bite to it. The owner also showed me some images of other dishes they make. Some of the deserts are not always on the menus. One of the deserts she showed me is one of my favorites in Thailand. I had to give them my email address to notify me when that dish is available. I recommend this place to people who want Thai food and not American-Thai.
