My appointment today was set for 2:30pm, check-in at 2:15pm required… I didn’t get called in by an MA until 3:18pm. I got off work early for this appointment. My work shift was over at 3:30pm, It was such a waste of money for me. I sat there and waited while instead I could have been working. It’s unprofessional, they didn’t even bother to check in with me. I have never waited longer than ten minutes for an appointment. But the Man that put my allergens test was sooooo chill and funny. If this was a review on just that individual it would have been 5 stars. But I’m going to give this place a 1 star. 1 star because of the public wifi in the center. I watched an entire episode on Hulu while waiting –_–

We were at Northwest Asthma and Allergy in the Everett/Silver Lake area for my sons initial allergy injection. During the appointment we had legitimate questions about his health after getting his initial immunotherapy allergy injections. Shawn was very professional and discussed with us our concerns for our sons health. Apparently we were taking too long. A female staff member, I believe her name is Meagan(her name was on her name tag), was letting us feel with her non-verbal behavior that other patients are needing shots too and we were taking too much time discussing our concerns. She came into a room twice where we were to discuss our concerns and ask questions. The first time she entered the room I could sense she was displeased about something. The second time she entered she asked Shawn«What are their concerns?» She didn’t reply to Shawn after he answered her question. She then proceeded to leave the room without saying anything. It was disgusting behavior. If she is not professional enough to care about the patients allergy and side effect concerns she should not work there.
