This County airport is a plane lovers dream. Not only can you quietly take in take offs and landings of many planes including those being tested by nearby Boeing, you can also check out Boeing planes being built as they are in the process of being painted, accessorized or interiors done. The place is picturesque in terms of the many planes against the backdrop of the WA sky but nonetheless is in a commercial area. Your view will be of course from outside the security gates but there are plenty of places to view from and you can still check out some planes in action. If you love planes this is great fun if you don’t it is yawnsville so be honest and plan accordingly.
